Okay! I'm going to post again... I am actually kinda tired of this! Please dont say things like "I'm a cow" or "I hate my body caz I'm fat" People... There are two starting steps to losing weight. 1. Tell yourself your going to lose weight. and 2. Accept what you look like now. You have to love your body before you can change it. And dont degrade your self and call your self names... it lowers your self estem and when losing weight thats a bad thing to have, a low self estem... Love every inch of your body... then change what you wish... its much easier to change once you relise that what you look like means nothing... its whats inside that counts... the outside is just a box that people want to wrap with pretty paper... hey......i had lost a pund but i have gained half of it back....so im only at 184 right now which isnt good. i want to be 175 by october 2nd. than i can fit really well into my dress. i just need the motivation to get up and go to my gym everyday. and the thing is i bought healtheir food but then i i end up eating too much of the healthy stuff but i guess thats better than eating a lot of unhealthy stuff.....today i had half to 3/4 of one of those dannon light and fit smoothies. i have a nutrigrain bar a glass of 1% milk a turkey and cheese sandwhich with light mayo on sprout bread (really healthy bread) a bowl of frozen yogurt peanuts then went to dinner and had 2 small slices of bread a ceaser salad broccoli stuffed shrimp and half a baked potato. and diet coke to drink. but i went golfing and walked the whole time and it was 9 whole so that gave me some exercise. but how do you think ... I slipped for dinner, I had pizza hut! And I did SUPER bad! I had 2 pieces of cheese pizza, a breadstick w/ maranara sauce, and 2 cinamon sticks w/ dipping sauce! But I rode my bike for about 15 minutes, I feel a LITTLE better, but I am going to get on the gazelle for about 15-20 minutes and I am going to watch it more tomorrow and excersize A LOT! DO NOT eat a lot of junk food! It sucks after you do it! It's really stupid and u feel so bad!

how do u lose weight at the upper part of the butt? I know u have to walk a lot for the bottom part of the butt but I still can't lose weight at the upper part of my butt

Just as i was getting dicouraged as i have gained a lot of weight in the last few weeks (nearly 10 pounds!) i got a belated birthday present, clothes, they were all sizs i used to wear, and i thought i would fir in them now sincei gained, but i tried them on and they were super big, it felt great, and gave me the extra umph not to have a bowl of ice cream. im a 5ft 1 inch girl i weigh 127 pounds and i am really out of shape i dont eat sweets a lot i have something sweet like only once a week i exercise every chance i get and i tried a lot of diets but stop from pains, and eat healthy when i can. Do you know anything that will help me???

I started running again today (after 3 weeks) and it went horrible, i don't know if ut is because i have eaten so much crap over the past weeks, just gotten out of shape or because of how my doctor gave me an inhaler, (although i don't have asthma, i have breathing problems). But anyways i was barely able to run half of my regular rout which isn't that much. How long do u think it will take to build up again. (when i started in june, i was able to go way farther than i was today, and it took me 4 days from that to build up), but know it just seems immpossible. but if i was able to jog further distances slowly, would i be able to run faster for shorter distances, even tho i wouldn't really regularly go that fast. I don't know if jogging will just help my endurance, or my speed too. ??

I am so mad. All of my skinney friends r always saying they're fat! They are always dieting & excersising and going on crash diets, omg its pissing me off! I am overwieght! I've asked them to stop talking about it soooo much and blah blah, but they don't listen! Is it healthy for me 2 still be their friend even though they constantly talk about how fat they are when they arn't? My whole life I've eaten healthy and excersised alot, but I've always been bigger. I'd kill 4 their bodies!

I have been going to Volleyball practice for 3 days so far. We practice for 3 hours which includes, jogging, sprinting, spiking, crunches, push ups, squats, running bleachers, and much more... When i wake up the next morning, DAMN, I cant even walk...The point of this whole thing is that it actually feels good to get moving and exercising again...I used to weigh 165 and now i weigh 145. Hopefully, by the end of volleyball season I hope i tone alot and i weigh 135!!!
