hi i am christina im 5'1" and 156 lbs i have been diagnosed as serverly depressed and i cant lose my weight. i dont feel like i am wanted even by the one person i care about. i need to loose weight and if i dont i will starve myself...ive tried everything.if anyone has any advice or something please...id apreciate anything

Hello everyone..well it seems everyone wants to loose weight, and are stressing about it..well in order to wanting to loose the weight u have to do it as your goal, and not doing it the unhealthy way but the healthy way..i used to do all the bad things in order to loose weight, i did pills and trew up what i ate and it was bad! not only did i got sick, i also hurt my family and friends and also hurt myself. I learn that u have to be happy with yourself first and not just the weight.it does not matter if u are fat, too skinny, too short or too tall..anyone can loose the weight they want if they want to and set their minds on loosing thr weight in the right way. That is eating alot of veggies and fruits and carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, mangos and apples and pepinos(cucumber in portuguese/spanish)also working out can also be fun too!! it does not have to be boring, u can make it fun..like... Hello everyone my name is tatiana and i am 17 years old, i know all of you want to loose weight and be healthy and look beautiful, but in order to do that u have to eat right! first off..the eating habit..i used to be fat weighted arond 170 pounds and was very unhappy with my weight...but then i got tired of it and knew i had to do something about it, so i decided to loose weight. I did lots of salsa step and then after that some Brazilian dancing, all of that was a 2 hour work out non-stop, and then ate salds and ate alittle of junk food, in the mornings i drank lots of water, that is the secret of loosing weight, and i saw my results, and was very happy.I lost 40 punds and now weight 125 pounds!! i am so happy..now i am happier and guys are asking me out more than ever!! if u have any questions please email me at girlsgonebad911@aol.com thanks!

Hey Everyone, howz it going? I have been eating really healthy and exercising. Yesterday, I had 1500 calories. Today with my dinner later, it will be 1,750. If I eat light tomorrow, like 1300 calories maybe, then will the 1,750 be ok to have. Cause I sorta feel guilty eating 1,750. Do you think that will be ok?

Ever since I was 12 ive been a uk size 16 - and I went on diets lost a bit then put it back on again and more, last october I had to go to this dance with my family, and had to find something nice to wear - I was mortified when I couldnt fit in anything in regular shops - and had to find something not so nice in outsize - I was size 20 - I didnt dare weigh myself until after christmas - It was my new years resolution to lose weight - I thought I weighed about 15st, but really I weighed 16.6 - 230lbs and I was discusted, now i weigh 170 - and im just 3lbs off from being a healthy weight, also im size 12-14 - which means I can shop everywhere. hello, i just want to say well done to all you guys out there!!! you can all do it! i just wanted to say that i have wanted to loose weight for ages, and i always try and i know im doing something wrong, but latly something has changed about me! and have (at last) just regestered in my mind that i am fat, i weigh 10 stone, and wear a size 12/14 clothes (uk sizes) and my body measurments are 38" chest, 36" waist and 39" hips! i need to try and loose weight, and i have been doin at least 1hr aday of walking or swimming. but i am going on holiday in october and i want to be all slim, and i would love it if my body measurments went down by atleast, 34" chest. i want to be able to fit into size 10 clothes as well, like all my friends. they dont laugh at me or say anything to me about my figure. its just that i want to do it for ME!!! lol.i want to be a size 10!!!if anyone has any great tips or hints for me, please email me at amielouise7893@hotmail.com

What's the big deal with licerish? Whenever I'm at one of my friend's houses she is like "lets eat licerish!!!" i dont want to but i wind up doing it anyway because if i dont then she'll keep asking. but if im going to screw up my diet on CANDy y couldnt it be something that acctually tastes GOOD?! liccerish tastes liek plastic!!
