hey you guys, i read in many places and talked to my dietitain and they said that if you overeat one day or eat to little calories that you can make up for it during the next day. Your body dosen't start fresh each new day, and after doing research to awenser my own question i posted earlier i came to this conclusion. If you have to many calories one day, reduce your calories the next day by how many you indulged in and try to only include moderate exercise, if you didn't eat as much as you should have, increase your calores you would have needed to reach yesterdays goal. I hope this helps and keeps some of you from being discouraged! Our mind set may think we can't go back, but our body gives us 2 days to treat it right!

Today I changed breakfast with lunch. Breakfast I had a healthy turkey sandwich. And for lunch I plan to have cereal. Is that ok to do?

My best friend bought a hula hoop...you know one of those heavy bamboo ones? Well, she used it for half an hour to an hour everyday for a week and she lost 5lbs! I'm going to get one tomorrow! But it just doesn't make sense to me...how can hula hooping make someone lose so much weight? She didn't diet or do any other exercises, either! I doubt it's water weight, because she does look thinner. Have any of you had good experiences with the hula hoop? Oh...and this is how I did today: Breakfast: whole wheat bread, 2 nectarines Snack: oatmeal Lunch: sushi Snack: Pinacolada drink Dinner roasted chicken, veggies. Exercise: 200 jumping jacks, 50 crunches and still doing more tonight! ~~MissyK~~

Guys..I am so happy!! since I started a few months ago coming here..I was 147 and now I'm 135 so that's 12 pounds gone forever. It took me a long long time and it was very frustrating but finally..its gone. My goal is 115-120 so i still have a ways to go but I'm just glad I'm 135. I go on vacation on the 17-25 and my goal is to be 133. I know I can do it..and shoot..even if I'm 135 I'll still have a good time. maybe i wont look the best in a bikini but i will next year..I'm only 5'1" so my healthy weight range will be 128 so I have 7 lbs to lose until I'm considered healthy..and I'm so excited. I can't wait. I hope that everyone here is doing well..and I wish for the best. I know some of you are wanting to know how i did it..but im not exaclty sure..like i had my ups and downs big time and i would get all bent out of shape..sometiems i ate so much and still didnt gain anything..hopefully you guys will have the same luck i did..im here for you..good luck
