Ok, this is what I ate today: B-kellogs complete bran cereal w/ half a cup of 2% milk and splenda L-a turkey and ham sandwich w/ low fat bread and a LITTLE mayo S-chocolate chip granola bar D-salad w/ vegies on it and low fat dressing (actually it isn't low fat, but that is what it says, it really has 7 grams of fat in it!) parmesan cheese and turkey on the salad, a little bit of cottage cheese, bread and a LITTLE butter, and 3 pear slices. For desert I had a SMALL piece of red velvet cake w/ cream cheese frosting. I know, it really isn't that good, but it is better than what I usually eat! Do you think that is really bad? I haven't excersized yet, but I am probably going to after the dishes, and then I am gonna watch the real world reunion, I LOVE THEM!!! I HOPE EVERYONE DID BETTER THAN ME TODAY AND I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING GOOD ON YOUR W8 LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

here's something i found:EXERCISE:Wake up ½ to 1 hour earlier for either a 20 minute jog or a 30 minute fast pace walk. Here’s where most people go wrong. When they jog, they jog to fast, become too exhausted, and give up jogging after the first few days. You should jog at a slow pace (11 to 12 minute mile) so that it’s a comfortable pace. This pace also places your body in more of a fat burning mode than by jogging too fast. If you never jog before, start slowly, stop and rest when needed but continue to walk at a rapid pace. Instead of jogging you can walk. Walking at a fast pace is almost as effective as jogging. BUT WHERE DO MOST PEOPLE GO WRONG? They walk TOO SLOW. I see it all the time. You must become a calorie burning machine because you only have 30 days to lose a lot of weight. Therefore when you walk, you must expend as much energy as possible and this is achieve by... I read an article in the health magazine, talking about emotional eating. It is about not counting calories, or no grueling exercise, but it is about how to take care of your emotions without overeating. One lady lost 80 pounds by doing this. Heres a quote from the article "You have to train yourself to recognize and express the anger, sadness, and guilt that are part of life, along with happiness, graditude, and love. It is about finding and living in balance." The lady I was talking about about was very depressed so in the evening she would go to bed crying and eating. Don't bottle up everything inside. Tell people how you feel, and get angry when you want to. Just dont go to extreme. Scream in your pillow that always helps. Learning to deal with your emotions without food is good for your soul. The weight loss is just an enormous result and bonus. I hope this helped!

Argh.. Okay. For real this time. I've totally hit bottom. I just can't stop eating! I've gotta stop, or else I'll end up killing myself by being so unhealthy. I really think what I look like is disgusting. I'm going to wake up tommorrow and weigh myself. I'm really afraid of doing it. I'm probably about 175 pounds. I have to lose weight, because I couldn't forgive myself if I ever went up to 200 ilbs (no offence to anyone that is 200 ilbs) its just that I've been battling my weight so many years, and this time I just want to make it. I know I can. I have Dance Dance. Its friggin awsome! SO much fun and exersizes like crazy. This time I'm going to do it. I swear, I swear to GOD that I'll do it. I'd only swear to god if I ment it, and I do. I mean it. I'm actually going to do it this time. My life is in MY hands and I'm going to do whatever it takes to get it the way I want it to. A couple of months back I bought this really cute bikini top and I want to be able to wear it by the end of this summer. I can do it, I know I can. Right everybody? Gee. I feel so motivated now :p

ok so today here's what i had: B: one raisin-cinnamon Ezekiel bread (only 80 calories!) and a little butter on it and water. about 90 calories altogether. then for L/D: i had a hotdog (only 75 or 80 calories) on an atkins bun (90 calories) and some cheese (20 calories) and some ice cream (220 calories). then for exercise i had an hour of tennis (it was a lesson) and after i rode my bike for 25 minutes and after i played badminton with my dad for 30 minutes. so altogether i had 500 calories and i exercised for about 2 hours. am i doing good? btw, i usually eat that many calories, its just i don't need that much food to fuel my body. i feel so energetic right now! hope i can lose 15 pounds by august 7th! thankz y'all ! ~Annie
