Man oh man do i need help!! see i'm 4'11 and 147 pounds short and chunky!and like i always say i'm gunna change my eating habits and exercise everyday and like i do good the 1st week and like i stop and give up! i'll be a sophomore this year and i want a change for myself i atleast would like to be 120 thats my goal weight i don't wanna be the fat girl n e more and its so depressing i cry all the time but i still eat so much! if n e one can give me some tips on how they lost weight and help me leave a relpy or email me at reynsraidero07@hotmail.com and thanks to n e one who leaves a reply or emails me! What am I doing up 2:14?? Anyways today was okay but I am frustrated that I can't wear some of my clothes from like a year ago. It is really hard b/c my family buys junk food. When we go shopping for school clothes, at this rate, it is going to be hell. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

Lower Body stretches: Calf Stretch - Starting PositionThis exercise is done in a standing position. You will begin with feet shoulder width apart.ActionStep forward in a half lunge, the back foot is in a fixed position with the knee slightly bent. Stretch the back calf by bending and straitening your back leg while remaining in the half lunge position. Repeat twice with each leg, alternating legs. Hey everyone....i'd say im overweight..but not much im only 5 foot and i weight 137 pounds. Well, I ate quite a bit today but I managed to stay under 2000 calories. Now it should get easier each day. I was quite motivated (if not depressed) by an e-mail I recieved from someone who I do not know, telling me I am fat and ugly and so on. I say, how could they have seen me? The e-mail address ends in '.co.uk' Anyway by problem is I am addicted to chocolate, does anyone know of any low calorie chocolatey foods?

Hey, I don't feel too happy right now because I didn't do very well today..I know I ate too much chocolate, which makes me sad because it feels like a major setback. Hey my mom and I are thinking about joining weight watchers does. has anyone tried it, or lost weight on it, if you did how long did it take? Does anyone know any information on it. Is it worth it?

its my moms birthday and its my 8th day of my diet/exercise plan. We are going out to dinner and so far ive had about 722 calories today. I went a little over my calorie limit yesterday with 1500 today and was trying to cut back on calories today. I don't know if i should just order a burger and fries which is the only thing i like there (their salds and things suck) or just make an excuse to stay home and casue an argument like it did last time
