:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D I made my own diet plan... I' trying it out and seeing if it works... I mean the diets plans i've seen all have foods in them I dont like. Its based on 5days but them you just repeat it again,and again utill you are happy of your weight... Don't know if its going to work though, but it's worth a try!

hey, im the kind of person who CAN eat the same thing for a long persod of time. if i eat whole wheat bread, 0 cal. spay butter , fruits, veggies, chicken, steak, shrinp, oyster crackers and low fat granola bars and yogert for my meals. (not all that in a day) can i lose 20-30 lbs by the end of august. along with cardio and jogging!i ate a bit more than i usually eat on my diet today but oh well. For today i had - B:1 bagel + lowfat cream cheese and 1/2 banana. L:1 toco w/ lettace and fat free cheese, 1/2 banana and 1 glass of milk. S:oyster crackers. D:small steak + 1/2 banana + oyster crackers. S-(before 6pm)1 lowfat granola bar. is this good????!!!!???!!!???!!!???i havent had pop in a week and i have been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day!!!!!

wooooo ive lost a stone in two weeks! i weighed 140lbs and now im down to 126lbs!! can u believe? all i did was eat: breakfast: an apple, a small bowl of cereal with skimmed milk lunch: a HUGE salad with no dressing dinner: a tuna steak with boiled potatoes and brocolli and carrots i also exercised for at least an hour a day. i am a girl who used to have absolutely no will power at all but i looked at from the point of view that by the time college starts i want to feel confident. im already feelin mighty confident now and woooo my best boy mate has asked me out on a date!!! im real happy rite now!!

What happens if you were to just have one meal thast like 1000 calories and low in fat? and then a 200 cal . snack later? would you lose weight? Today that happend cuz i worked until 2:00 pm, and at 3 I had 2 soy burgers with toppings ( 400 cals) and then i had like 6 slices of turkey with fat free cheese on them 600 cals... adn then for a snack i had fat free yogurt and strawberries... i know this isn't healthy adn balanced, bu tim just curious if that kind of eating would eventually lead to weight loss?

Yes i feel great i went on a 10 mile bike ride again today and it was a lot up hill and i did it in 1 hr and a few mins i think maybe not even an hour but just short of an hour man i feel great and relaxed i cant wait to loose this weight goooo us and all ive eaten today has been a bannana well good luck everyone

Right now, I don't really know what I weigh, because my scale is dead, but I'm gonna get it fixed so I will know. god today i got upset cuz my dad called and was threatening to call the police to make me go with him tonight since i didnt want to go and i was cryin for like 30-60 mins and i was almost hyperventalating and I was just so scared and didnt no whut to do and was depressed i was hitting myself thorwing things and of course whut i hate is eating and now i feel bad even my 2 10 mile bike rides that burned 772 cals didnt help me any and I hate it and feel that I need to do something and I just feel like hurting myself i was hitting my self earlier cuz i was sooo upset and then i read this journal my mom started when i was 16 months and enede it like 2 years later and I was just really upset and it had stuff bout my cousin who died and my cousin who moved to chicago and havent seen in a while and I just wish everything would get better I hate my life and I am constantly eatin when i get sad... here is what i had today for the whole day, tell me if its ok, 6low fat choc yoghurts (115 cals, 1.2 fat each) small portion of sweet chilli chicken w/prawns and small rice, whole french stick with ham, salad w/low fat dressing and smaller wholegrain french stick, and 3/4 smallish (well for me) bowls of special k, and a fibre cereal (not 3/4 of each)-------- is that okay? would that be good for weight maintenence or loss??
