i just wanted to say that its a bad idea to eat sugar(ya i know that sucks)because it breaks down the collagen in your body.whch makes your skin sag when you lose weight :(

yeah i know you people have heard to drink lots of water,and you probably have tried to but couldnt.well you really should because if you drink 64oz.of water a day then you can lose 30 ponds a month.but not many people can do this, so try harder and good luck!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hey! I just came to say hi my name is Krissy I am 13 5'6 and I weigh 215lbs... i have not always been over weight just since about 3rd grade, and now i am gonna do sommin about it! me n Jessie(my diet buddy) are gonna work together and motivate each other!... here are my goals Short-170 by Christmas Mid Way-150-155 by February and then 125-130 by June! I know that's ALOT of work, and i am gonna try my hardest! Now, here's the plan: Breakfast-a small sommin like an apple or yougurt! Lunch-Water & Gen-Fit, and maybe be some carrots or sommin! Dinner-A smart One or healthy choice, or salad! And then NO SNACKS! LOTS OF WATER, GEN-FIT, AND EXESICE! for exercise-30curls and jumping jacks in morning after school and b4 bed! and then about an hr worth of play outside a day! Is this good? Let me know! i am huge...my whole family constantly tease and torment me.whenever i come home from school they say things like 'oh going to eat again blubbo?'that comment would come from my mother,no i am not kidding.with 5 people in my family and my sister near my room i can not escape.at school it is almost as worse.i can not turn to anyone else.i do not know what i might do.i have tried talking,but they cut me off and say rude comments.at the moment my mom is telling me to get my fat butt downstairs.i do not know what to do anymore...............

Hey Guys! This is by far my best week for weight loss! Last week i was getting very depressed because i wasnt losing as much because i wasnt running(but i was still exercising)... But now im really excited for homecoming and to meet my goal!!(150!!!!) I have a really super pretty dress an awesome date, and i would feel sooo good if i met my goal and was 150 lbs for the dance!!!! i think that will be a big milestone for me, and i might cry!! lol Ive always been overweight, and that would just be ahh!!! lol i CANT WAIT!!! so keep up the good work, andi just thougtht i would tell you a little about my week! lol ttygl! okay my bday is in 5 days and i am really trying hard to loose all the extra fat i have a to become real happy with myself. if any of u would like to give me advice please respond. I have been doing fairly decent today but i still get those cravings for junk at lunch so i eat it so I guess I need help with that well im off to excercise so see yall later

Today: 67 kg, Goal: 52 kg - Hi guys I weigh 67kg I eat healthy breakfasts and dinners but I think my weak spot is morning, lunch and afternoon tea I pack healthy lunches but I always go to the canteen and buy junk how can I stop I can't resist I also want to loose 15kg by November (at most) but I just can't seem to I swim 2-4km 5 day's a week in 1-2 hours I need Help  (Note: 0 cm, 67 kg is 0'0", 148 lb.)

hey yall im confused about something and i was wondering if yall could help me with it....ok well i have read alot of posts even though i havent really posted much...and they say if u eat every hour it can speed up ur metabolism and if u dont eat every three hours ur metabolism will slow down and u have a risk of gaining fat because ur body thinks u are starving ur self or something like that.... and people say only eat at meal times but here are my meal times 6:30 am 10:30 am and 7:00pm and i dont want to gain any fat because all of my hard work over the summer will just be for nothing now that i have started school its harder to keep up with things if any of yall have any info to unconfuse me please do thanks luv lily
