Hey everyone, i wanted to know if you would tell me how to lose 30 lbs? because right now i weigh 135 lbs, and i am 5 foot 2. is 135 fat for me? well last year i was aout 100 lbs, i dont know what happened :( my body looks horrible, please someone help me. thanks

Hey everyone i am gonna give u all some tip on how to loose weight.First stop eating all bread, sweets,pasta, rice, cips, candy and regular pop. Only eat meat, vegatbles, and fruit. u can drink diet pops adn pleanty of water. Make sure u excercise. You cannot be on this diet forever. Once u hit your goal weight do not start eating like u used to or u will gain all your weight back and even more. Just go back to eating like maybe a slice of bread then no bread the next day them maybe some fries then no bread or fries the next day. but u cannot eat fries and bread all in the same day. With this diet u can loose up to 30-50 pounds in a month maybe even more if u excercise. Please take my advice because this worked for me. Bye

i found something cool!!!!! at k-mart joe boxer has jeans and shirts in juniors and womens plus it goes to size 29 (womans are slightly bigger). although i'm sad to say i can't even fit into a womans 29. my huge belly wont fit in.

Hi my name is Jamie,I am 5'2", I weigh 140 lbs. Even though im not too overweight, it has given me knee problems that have lead to lower back problems. So I would like to lose 15 to 30 lbs. I walk home from school every afternoon (20 miles a week) After about a month im going to walk to school and walk home from school (40 miles a week)then after another month i want to start walking 56 miles a week (or in other words 8 miles a day). When i want soda i always drink diet. we never eat fast food. i drink 2 glasses of milk for breakfast, eat a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of jello and a bottle of water, and for dinner have half of what everything everyone else has for dinner with water. If you have any tips or questions or anything please reply.The reason i am starting out only walking home is because then ill have to force myself to walk home cuz my parents wont pick me up but they will drop me of in the morning. Please reply:)

TO TUFFLUV I AM NOT CONTRADICTING MYSELF I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT AND MATTER OF FACT IT WAS MY WAY OF ASKING MORE HELP AND TODAY I CAN TELL YOU TODAY WAS THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME THAT I WENT 3 HOURS I DIDN'T EAT AND WHEN I DID EAT ALL I HAD WAS 2 BURGERS AND FRIES AND A DIET DRINK AND DIDN'T ASK FOR SECONDS. AFTER I WENT FOR A WALK FOR AROUND THE PARK FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS TODAY. I WAS GETTING TIRED BUT I KEPT GOING ANYWAY.I HOPE TO LOSE ABOUT 40 POUNDS BY LABOR DAY.

I AM SO FAR DOING GOOD TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. TODAY I WALK AROUND THE PARK FOR 1 HOUR AND WHEN I GOT HOME ALL I HAD WAS 2 APPLES A BANANA AND 3 GLASS OF WATER. WHEN USUALLY I WILL HAVE A BIG MEAL JUST WALKING FOR 20 MINUTES. I AM STILL GETTING TIRED REAL QUIT BUT LEAST I AM TRYING WHEN I USUALLY WALK FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE I STOP AND REST. DO ANYBODY OUT THERE THINK I'M TRYING TO HARD OR SHOULD I TAKE IT EASY AND WORK MYSELF UP.REMEMBER I'M CLOSE TO 500 LBS.

Hi I'm 5'8" and weigh 183lbs. I know alot. And even worse school starts for me Monday the 19th. But theres a good thing about that to. When I'm at school I tend to eat less b/c I'm around a whole bunch of people. And since I'm in class the whole time I don't snack all day. I can't explain it better than that. But I still have problems, I need some kind of exercises. The only thing I have is I have Volleyball Practice every morning before school.(I'm on the volleyball team) but i want some kind of exercise for after school. Do you have any ideas? Hi! I have posted a lot of messages but I seem to never get a lot of replies. I am 4 foot 11 and I weigh 140 lbs. I know that is not alot but I have stretchmars from my bellybutton down to my knee.I have tried soo hard to loose weight but it is hard. I drink sparkling water everyday. Cut my meals in half and skip breakfast. Please help me! Krissy Morgan
