Okay I was doing really good on a diet but summer came and I started to slack off!!! And i gained like 2 lbs :( Please somone help me i need the motivation I live in New Jersey and its like 100 degrees here everyday n its sooo hot to exercise please help!!!

I am not quite sure what to do with my daughter. you kids are her age so maybe you can help. She is 13 and about 5 foot 6. And today she weighed herself and she weighs about 180. Last month she weighed 175. I guess she gained some weight. But is this a little or a lot overweight? I dont' want to say anything to her since i might be wrong. Or should i take her to the doctor? She doesn't like going to the doctor. She hates it. But i may be able to get her to go if it is something i should do. She does have a bit of a stomach. She has about a 38 inch waist and wears a size 16. Can someone please help me out?

Ok i was wondering if anyone knew what to do if when you are exercising and start to feel like if you are doing ab exercises if you stomach starts to feel tight does that mean it is starting to take affect. email me at cayger123@aol.com

i just went to the doctor 2 day ago and he said your blood pressure is a little bit high you should decrese your caffeene in take go figure im 5'8" and weigh 167 were i should be 130well at least thats what my doctor says any help?

Rachel what i think you are saying is wrong. because i have had lots of cramps exercising while i had my period. if there is anyone one out there with an oppinion about if it is not healthy to exercise before puberty please reply

HEY I may not be overweight but i do have a med sized stomach and some rolls. I am 14, 5'9, and 157lbs, 33 waste. I would like to loose my extra 10 12 lbs so i could feel better in my b-suite etc. I stopped drinking Diet SOda and i drink juice and H2O now. O.k hear me out I am a 5'6 1/2 female that weights 150lbs. All I want to lose is about 10-15lbs. by the time I get back to school. While in school I was always considered "big", or giraffe and I know that people my age are cruel about things like this, but I decided that I needed to lose weight over the summer. I know that there are people a lot worse off then I am but just to get down to at least a size 8 would satisfy me. What i am trying to ask is if there is anyone out there who had fitness tips that don't include not eating bread because i have been doing that and it isn't working and yes i am exercising but that doesn't help what I am eating. If anyone has good recipes for a girl like me that actually works. Also don't put something like eat only ice or don't eat at all because i am not into that type of stuff.
