O.k hear me out I am a 5'6 1/2 female that weights 150lbs. All I want to lose is about 10-15lbs. by the time I get back to school. While in school I was always considered "big", or giraffe and I know that people my age are cruel about things like this, but I decided that I needed to lose weight over the summer. I know that there are people a lot worse off then I am but just to get down to at least a size 8 would satisfy me. What i am trying to ask is if there is anyone out there who had fitness tips that don't include not eating bread because i have been doing that and it isn't working and yes i am exercising but that doesn't help what I am eating. If anyone has good recipes for a girl like me that actually works. Also don't put something like eat only ice or don't eat at all because i am not into that type of stuff. Well, we went to the doctor today. My sister now finally realized how fat she is. For a 13 year old, at 5'3", 245 pounds is just too much. She wears a really tight swimsuit, so you can see every roll of fat she has. I think she has around 5. I'm surprised that she isn't wearing my mother's bras yet. When we came home, she did nothing but eat. Her belly hangs all the way over her pants. She doesn't want to go outside, unless she goes into the pool, but she's scared then too. I think she has a 52" waist, so she is pretty big. She's right now in her pajamas, and her entire belly is bulging out. I'm really worried about her, but she never listens.

hey im a 15 year old female...and im about 5 foot 4 and 128 pounds....and im gettin sick and tired and bored of runnin on the treadmill and ridin the bike...its been 3 and a half months of doin that...and i want somethin more fun! i rollerblade also..but any kind of aerobic movie i can pick up? like from a library? or somethin not too expensive and is easy to follow....are aerobics easy to follow? well plz reply back thanks

the weirdest thinghappened lol..well im 15 and 5 foot 4 and about 128 pounds..well ivebeen exercisin regulary...3 times a week for 40 mins...for 3a nd a half months now...lol...i think im startin to lose weight finally!!! i weiged my self..last night...it said 126!!...i was WHATTTT?!!...and then i ate some nachos..cuz man it was my treat lol..for losin the weight...and omg i weighed myself again...and back to 128!! and this was at night ...lol and i weighed myself this mornin..im 127...so yea i dunno whats goin on!!! anyone mind helpin? lol and do i need to loes weight??...i wear like a size 3/5 in pants...well reply back...cya

i have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. about 2 years ago, i lost lots of weight by starving myself and gained it all back. now, i'm trying to cut out almost all junk food. i also exercise 30 minutes almost everyday on treadmill, stairclimber, and jump rope. the sad thing is that i still haven't lost any weight!! i eat 3 times a day and a snack between lunch and dinner. i need an advice on what i might be doing wrong. Thank you!

Hey, A lot of the stuff I'm seeing here sounds like a lot of you show signs of anorexia. Don't worry about your weight so much. Be confrtable with who you are. I say this because I'm anorexic and it isn't fun. It started with a simple diet now I don't eat for weeks at a time. Rite now I'm on a two week fast. When I eat I attempt to make myself throw up, done it a couple times but it isn't fun or anything, the worst is I can't controll it. I guess what I'm saying is see a doctor before you start a diet. hey im 21 5'10 and 190 or so. A 35/36 waste and a L shirt size. I have always had a little stomach but the last year itys been "growing." I work out regularly barbells jogs and bikerides. i eat preaty 1/2 1/2 healthy. but i still have this med sized gut on me i woul like to shrink down some. I bought a green spandax butten down shirt last year and i looked like like ricky martin only without the 6 pack and then this year wehen i tried to put it on the button almost flue off my younger bro 20 says my matabolism is slowing down and thats y im getting fat !! Okay guys. Heres my problem. I start a diet, stay on it for a few days, get really hungry and eat some chocolate or junk food. Then i feel guilty and start dieting again. Then i get hungry and eat junk. Its terrible. I always seem to think i can start dieting tomorrow, and i can eat all junkfood today and i'll be fine. Does anyone know any GOOD motivation?
