Heya guys! I am kinda depressed at the moment coz I'm so HUNGRY!!! I am on a diet and eat sensibly but can't snack or have large portion sizes. It seems to be working, but its so boring! I have recently discovered my love for grapes, so I eat a lot of them (they aren't to fattening are they?)and also love raspberries and sunflower seeds. But all I wan't now is a huge, sizzling slice of pizza and its really annoying me! At the moment I weigh 120 lbs and I am 5'3. My friends don't say that they think I'm fat, but I think I am. My thighs are like tree trunks but less firm, my ass is the size of Texas and I'm not even going into details of my stomach. Have any of you guys got a diet plan that won't make me so bored? All I am eating is peas, brown rice, chicken and eggs and it sucks. I also try to exersise but I hate it completely. There are no exersizes that I enjoy, like, at all. I hate having to lose weight. Are you guys as tired and hungry as me? Please give me some tips or anything! Love CaseyXXXXXXXX

Did you guys ever notice how some people, if they are the exact same height and weight, look different. It's because of their bone size. If you have a larger skeleton, you can carry the same amount of weight as another person, yet look skinnier, cause you have more bones which make you weigh more, and you actually have less fat as a person the same size as you. I don't know if that made any sense to you guys, but that's the best way I can explain it. The way to tell if you have a large, medium, or small frame is this: wrap your fingers over your wrist, if your fingers don't touch, you have a large frame, if they touch, or over lap a little bit, you have a medium frame, and if they over lap, you have a small frame. You can tell your frame size at any weight because your wrists don't have fat on them. So, basically if you have a large frame, you will weigh more, and most weight charts... People say I look like I'm only 135 or so, that's because a large portion of weight I carry is my skeleton, and I carry less fat and muscle that somebody 5'1", 148 pounds, and a small frame does. It's all relative, I hope this helped! (view less)

Okay everyone. I've been reading though all these messages here, and i've realised that most people are here about the same thing. People want to loose weight, and are looking for a quick, easy way to do it. Lets face it though, its not gonna happen. The sooner you realise that, the better off i beleive you are. And all the people giving off advice, it all boils down to the same thing. Exercise more, and eat less. But i also know that it is a lot more complicated than that. First someone starts to go on a strict diet, they get hungry, eat some chocolate for about a week, than are ready to start dieting again, to which they get hungry and eat some more. I think that if anyone wanting to loose some weight should start off this way. First, DON'T starve yourself. That will NEVER work, because A) Not many people have the will power, and B) You do u'r body more harm than good. Second, exercise... (view more)Okay everyone. Then every 4 days, build it up 10 mins, till your doing 1 hour a day. If that doesn't start making you loose weight, cut down a VERY little of what you eat. Also, if you are planning on cutting out junkfood to loose weight, don't cut it ALL out at once. Do it in sections. First cut out chocolate, then after a week, cut out chips, then the week after cut out lollies etc... so that eventually you are ALMOSt not eating junkfood. I hope this has helped people out there. Its not so much info, its more advice. I know that people out there will have TOTALLY different thoughts than i do, but 'clest la vie'(which is french for, 'that is life') (view less)

Does this mean i'm fat? My mommy bought me jeans 3 weeks ago and they fit good but today i tried to put them on and i couldn't zip them up and all. I could when i sucked my tummy in but then i would let it out and the button would pop open and the zipper would upzip. I'm 11 and i'm about 4 foot 11 and the last time i was in the bathroom my mommy had me step on the scale we have and it said 127 and she said that i weigh too much but i don't know if i do.

My daughter is 13 almost 14 years old. She is a very active cheerleader dancer and swimmer but when she hits the off season shes gains a little bit of weight (no more than 10 lbs) Anyway Laurie is 5'7" and a half and she weighs about 141 I know she is at a good weight but she doesnt like it. She has very skinny friends who all weigh about 120 at the most and wear size 3 jeans in juniors my daughter wears a size 7. I tried to explain to her that she is not overweight that she doesnt need to diet anymore but she wont listen. She has bough Slimfast with her own money and she can NEVER stop looking at the scale or the mirror. She really wants to lose weight before she enters high school, but most of it is still that baby fat. Please give me some advice i don't know if i should just let her diet or make her stop because i dont want her to ruin herself. Does anyone have any safe diets that could help her? She would like to weigh 120

If your a guy and your fat, read this... Like I said before, I used to be 175, now Im 130. After losing all that weight, ive realized that my musscles in my legs, my chest, and rest of my body are lot bigger (I look buff) compared to my friends. I put on a small t-shirt on that did not fit me 9 months ago, and It makes my friends jelous... the kids at school that use to tease me cause I was fat, Now they are scared of me and its eisier to attract chicks. Anyways, I learned that fat doesent turn into musscle, but carring all that fat is like carring weights which builds musscle each time your doing something. When you lose all that fat, your mussels stays which seems like the myth of "fat turns into mussles". So Im just saying, there are the good advantages of being fat (working out helps when you lose fat or else, you may lose your mussles too) I can feel some abs of mine, I just ganna see if I can lose that fat in my gut during the summer so it will show. Good luck to everyone.
