Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg im sooo mad. i went on vacation for a week and ate nothing but hamburgers, fries, pasta, hotdogs, cookies, and icecream! i gained 5 pounds. i just got home today and celebrated my birthday there but i TOTALLY binged on EVERYTHING!!! first, i had an egg, cheese, and bacon omelette for breakfast(thats all we were allowed to eat there) then 2 hotdogs for lunch at a boardwalk, then 5 slices of pizza at some pizza place(it has the best pizza i ever tasted) then blew out my birthday candles and had 2 slices of a supreme cookie cake...-it was a chocolate chip cookie cake with fudge spread on top with marshmallows, m&m's, and bits of candy bars. it was my sisters idea to add all that stuff from school. i had that with a bowl of chocolate brownie icecream. it was sooo good and i pigged out cuz for 1: it was my birthday and 2: i havnt had any for such along time that when i ate it, it just... Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i'm so scared to weigh my self because I'm afraid I gained about 10 pounds back .I was on vacation all week and the place we stade at didn't have a pool we did a lot of walking but I ate really bad I tried to do good but the things is i drank way to much pop so this week i'm gonna get back on track.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 122 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey all i know it doesnt look like i weight alot but i have fat i cannot get rid of like the bottom of my stomach i have a pouch its likt a hill and i need to get rid of it by next summer i really want a belly ring my thighs are huge and so is my face i have really chubby cheeks and my but too my inner tighs have fat on them and i need to lose it.
Im going to start to run evreyday for 30 min and maybe do some other ex=ercises like sit ups im also going to stop eating candy and junk food which i love im gonna start to eat grapes and lots of fruit and drink ALOT of water not pop and stuff like that

My waist has expanded again and I feel that my face is getting fatter again...I can feel the weight coming back and I want to stop it before I become 210 again (god forbid). Ht. 178 cm, Start: 140 kg, Today: 140 kg, Goal: 84 kg - Hi, everyone. My first time here. Today, for the first time, I had the courage to calculate my BMI. It was terrible. Using a BMI for adults I am MORBIDLY OBESE. I knew I was terribly fat, and maybe OBESE, but I would not imagine to be MORBIDLY OBESE. I have been fat since I was 5 or 6. The thing is that i do not eat so much or so bad...!!!    (Note: 178 cm, 140 kg is 5'10", 308 lb.)
