Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - me and my friend are going to go running everyday before school. 15 minutes-5 times a week, do you think even though its just 15 minutes a day with smaller portions of food i could still loose like 10lbs a week/ or is it not enough excersice to do anythind impactful?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Okay, so i just started pre-season for a fall sport yesterday. we have 4 hour practices everyday untill school starts, and then we will go down to 2 hour practices unless we have games. i know i`m getting a lot of good exercise from this because my body is constantly aching because of the physical activity. so the point of this post is, if i do this exercise and eat this daily: breakfast - 3/4 cup TOTAL cereal and fruit. lunch - 2 fruits and a vegetable. dinner - some kind of salad(no dressing) with a small serving of a pasta dish and some vegetables. will i be able to lose weight if i eat this and do the exercise with my sport??

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - how much weight do you think I could lose in 19 days for my school pictures. This is what I had today it was a bad day though. Breakfast Honey nut cheerois. Snack 90 cal bar. Lunch cooked ham lunchmeat sandwhich no mayonasse, 100 cal pak, another 100 cal pak and water. For supper 2 small hotdogs, rice with peas, chicken and carrots in it and teryaki noodles not even 1/2 cup, water. Later on a small hamburger with just ketchup and extra pickles. For exercise 20 min basketball, and 25 min walk. How did I do? Should I do more exercises or what. I'm gonna start doing about an hour of stuff if I can after school

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - this may sound wierd being on an overweight sight but how do u gain weight in a healthy way?! i found a girl who doesnt eat much, has a fast metabolism, and exercises alot. she is th exact opposite of me and we want to trade how we live. im gonna eat what she normally eats and shes gonna eat what i normally eat. im gonna exercise more and she will exercise less. i want to lose weight and she wants to gain some weight(both fat and muscle and about 11 pounds). can u gain weight EVENLY throughout ur body by eating junk all day or will it go to her stomach? how can u get it to go everywhere? also, do u think i can lose some weight like this. I KNOW IT MAY BE UNHEALTHY BUT WE ARE TRYING IT, JUST TO SEE HOW DIFFERENT A SKINNY PERSON AND FATTER PERSON LIVE AND WHY ONE IS HEAVIER.

BMI charts. okay, i'm 195 lbs right now, but i look slim. i'm naturally heavy, and i have muscle and i'm tall. i know people use that excuse all the time but whatever, anyways the BMI charts tell me i need to weigh 150 lbs to be considered in a healthy weight. are you kidding me? if i weighed 150lbs i'd be a toothpick. i really think they need to snap into reality and make a chart that suits different body types as well as the "classic" body type. i'm not a little rake with a tiny bone structure, i'm a normal person. anyways, i'm not going by that. i'm going by how much fat i can pinch off myself. if i can grab a handful of fat, im overweight, if i can pinch next to nothing, i'm healthy. don't go by what this stupid chart says, go by how you look and feel.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 202 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 150 lb - phew. so. i need motivation. i just moved back to school, and i've decided that since i cannot go home on very many weekends- it will be fun to lose weight without telling anyone in my family at home (of course my boyfriend will know because he sees me every weekend). i want to come home at christmas and have everyone see that i've lost a few sizes and be floored. it would be sooooo much fun. i just started doing taebo again- which is how i lost a lot of weight when i was in high school. basically- i need to wake up every morning and before i have time to talk myself out of it- pop in a dvd in my computer and just do it! i just did my first workout, and am planning on working out with it tomorrow. i'm doing billy bootcamp elite- but i'll be sticking with the mission one dvd for a while and then work my way to using the bands and weights and then work up to mission two, and so on to... And what about popsicles or creamsicles w/ no sugar added? Thety are only 25 calories for one bar. I mean I know fruits and stuff are better for you but are those ok a couple times a week?

I have always wanted to loose weight but not tell these last few weeks have I gotten serious. My schools homecoming is not tell February and I want to lose 10-15 lbs if not more by then so to remind myself of my goal I started filling a jar with spare change and waht ever money I want to put in it. With that money that I collect I want to add it to the money my mom will give me for a dress so I can get a really nice one and look great in it.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - yay the scale went back down to 195. thank god, i was worried i had somehow gained 5 lbs just from eating cheesies one night with my boyfriend, i guess i was retaining water. i'm so proud of myself though because my boyfriend told me this weekend how great i looked, and my mom keeps telling me how thin i'm getting. when i sit down i don't have all this fat hanging over my pants anymore, i still have fat there but its so much flatter its amazing. i don't have to suck it in all the time and when i see myself in mirrors or windows when walking down the street, sometimes i have to look twice to make sure that's me im seeing. it's a really amazing feeling and im sure itll get even better once i lose the rest of it! good luck everyone
