Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So, I haven't been on here in a while because I took a break from losing weight. My goals got lost in the shuffle because I had so much else going on. But I'm ready to get back on the horse. I gained 10 pounds in the time I wasn't actively trying to lose weight but I'm back on campus now and I feel good about starting to lose again. Does anyone have any ideas on how to 'kick-start' my renewed efforts? Something to get me off this plateau and back into the swing of things?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well yeah i havent been on for a long time but ive really started watching what im eating and since the very beginning to now including the falling off track of my diet i have lost 15lbs and thats pretty good.My spirits are high and a cant wait to lose more weight!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I do. I have for breakfast cereal and milk. For snack a 90 cal bar. For lunch a ham sandwhich with nothing on it, water, 100 cal pak,100 cal pak. For supper whatever my grandma fixes and I usual try to eat just one serving of something sometimes 2. For exercise this was yesterday's 30 min basketball,20min walk,30 min other stuff,26 min soccer. What am I doing wrong. And today when
I weighed my self it said 172,171,169,171 what should I use. I was gonna use the 169 because their is no way I can gain 2 pounds in a day or one pound in a day. This is my beging week today from now on. PLease tell me what I'm doing wrong

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does anyone else get pissed off when a skinny girl says that she's fat? I do. It just frustrates me and it makes me feel dumb. I mean I'm thinking...if she thinks she's fat then what the frack am I? My sisters friend who weighs like 119 always says "Omg I'm so fat..look at my thighs" and before I used to say "No you're not, will you shut up? you're so skinny and if you're fat then I must be a giant" but now everytime she says that I just nod along and wholeheartedly agree sarcastically. I think they crave attention. She just wants someone to tell her that shes pretty and skinny the way she is (like I used to) and it pisses me off. Yep. It's pretty ridiculous.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 132 lb - .................... gahh i fel so baad i had a major pig out last night :/ i had maccas 4 dinner and then i had a mcflurry and a kitkat fir dessert and during the day i ate like 5 chocloate cookies and chips and ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. but now its the weekend so i am going to do really good so i am back on track 4 next week :D i dont think i gained anything but still i am mad i binged on that crap :/ weigh in tomorro and i really want to b 163 again. PS to AMANDA i live in australia :D.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 150 lb - some one did a post on The Biggest Loser and boy did that show motivate me there are people who lost 100 pounds. well i stated a workout plan i'm going to walk in ma tredmill on everday for 30 mins and dance for 30 mins after that sit ups and stuff to make me tight well guys my goal is to lose 80 pounds by august wish me luck. o and by the way i gave up meat i haven't had meat in like 4 days i feel the same but i will start to eat way more vegies witch i've started by eating salad so guy wish me luck i sure do wish u guys luck.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok, so for lunch I had an egg roll, then when I got home I had some asparugus, tomatoes, banana nut muffin, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I know it's alot but I was hungry lol but I need to try to do better, the muffin and the sandwich wasn't good. Anyways, I am going to try to do better.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - K i'm really pissed. i've been doing so good lately, and the scale won't budge unless its going UP!! maybe i gained some muscle because i was doing strength training for a couple of days and my body isnt used to it, and my muscles havent been worked that hard in a while. i feel bigger but the scale is the same. maybe im bloated from just having that time of the month. oh well i'm going to keep doing good, less strength training more aerobic activity and maybe i'll see a difference. good luck everybody :)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Grrr. I only lost one pound this week for my weighin. I didn't exercise daily though and I've been drinking sweet tea like no other. Oh well, atleast I lost one and am one pound closer to my goal. I want to be 170-179 by halloween so I can wear a really sexy costume in our sorority's costume party.
