Ht. 5'5", Start: 198 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Kinda stressed. My teachers dont like my work and apparently there is a rumor going around that I am lesbian. I don't care if people are gay, but I'm not and I don't want people thinking I am. So I emotionally ate today and I am not proud of that. But tomorrow is a new day and I will get back on target. WE HAVE FEELINGS 2! we may be nice and sweet but I GUESS THEY WILL NEVER KNOW! because they never take the time to find out. well weight wise i gained some weight that im not happy about but i will loose it again.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I just don't understand it can't be a platue. Because I just can't seem to lose any weight. I hate my life me fat and ugly. No one in my school will go out with me because I'm fat and ugly. I hate it. All the guys I like just consider me as a friend. I can't get past 170. My family just buys junk food for no reason and I say don't buy that stuff they always say just because you can't eat it mean we can't. I'm like yeah but I see it I eat it. This is what I had today. For breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal and milk. Snack had to eat it cookie. Lunch ham sandwhich, 100 cal pak, 100cal pak, water. For super 2 servings of Spagti and sauce, salad, ranch dressing, lunchable thing but didn't eat the cheese, and some cheese that's 70 cals out of another thing,water. For after supper a dougnut that was 380, and after school 100 cal pudding. For exersice 30 min soccer, 20 min basketball, 30 min soccer, 30 min walk, 30 min walk and soccer. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i work at a convenience store so it's really hard not to give in to all of the chocolate that's literally sitting right in front of me, but i controlled myself today! i ate eggs for breakfast, pasta and salad for dinner with a yogurt and then i had a pepperette and a littttle handful of chips at work. im pretty sure i was under 1400 calories, but hey what can u do, that's not a bad thing in my opinion. i think the scale is finally going down again, i weighed myself this morning and it said 194, but ill check again in the morning to make sure thats really what it is lol i know i could beat this plateau, but it's too hard to find time to work out, i wake up at 7 and go to school, then come home, eat dinner, go to work until 11pm and come home (to check blubberbusters of course:) ) so i dont really have time. but i do walk to and from work most days, its only a 10 minute walk but that adds... For super- baked potato with cheese, water, corn,greenbeans, brocli, califlower, 2 pieces of chicken that has a 100 cal each.For snack this is at different times after school 100 cal pudding, after super- 100 cal pak, 4 dips thing. For exercise 15 min basketball, 10 min running and walking, 30min soccer, 30 min soccer, 30 min walk. Then i'm gonna do some crunchs. So how did I do? PLease respond

I cant control my weight or my parents seperation and my brothers and sister bullying. You see Im half spanish/italian and so my sisters have great bodies. while I dont and another thing is that b/c i dont have that whole skinny waist and nice booty thing going on my sisters call me white girl and I hate it. Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Noticed my face in the mirror today. It looks rounder, I've been noticing the change in my face in body for the past two weeks. I've gained lots of weight and it's not going away. My face was actually starting to shape up and I actually had a waist, now fat is coming back arghhh. I hate how I let myself go...I hate all of life's stress. I wanted to get of the plateau but not meaning GAIN weight! ugh this is crap.
