Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey Everyone! Well i think it is official. I gained the freshman 15, well not quite but i'm getting there. Depressing really. These past couple weeks i've gotten really off. Just with the stress of school and living on my own has really just had a toll on me and I just want to get back on track. Studying hard, eating right, working out 2 times a day like I used to. I'll get it done. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see how it goes from there. Good luck everyone.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Ok well i'm 17 years old, i've been overweight for quite awhile now, I lost weight once but that was because I was really sick and I gained it back and more, I'm not sure what my actual weight is but I wear a size 16/17 in pants and I want to get to a size 10, I feel that should be the size cause i'm short, can anyone help me on starting this diet? food-wise? exercising won't be a problem

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - ah man i just went for like a 20 minute jog/power walk and i feel so good. i ate like 5 chicken wings and then i felt guilty, i just had this craving to eat, so i went out and jogged and i feel great. im going to start doing this more often, at least 3-4 times a week, because im so busy with work and school i'll hardly have the chance. i'm starting the south beach diet with my mom and my sister tomorrow. it's going to be so hard to not eat too many carbs and stuff but i think this is the final kick i need to lose that last 26 pounds. well good luck everybody, and wish me luck.. i'll need it lol :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok so starting 2morrow i'm going on a very srtict but healthy diet because my birthday is in nov 24 so i want to get out of the 200 i wanted to be at 190 but that's to much so i want to lose about 25 pounds i know it's a little much so i'm going to stay at loseing 15 pounds but i will give it my all well wish me luck every1

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - um, ok. so- i know i'm not a teenager anymore- but i used to come to this site for motivation when i lost a bunch of weight during high school. here's the deal- i am way overweight, and my wedding is coming up (please don't tell me i'm too young or any other uninformed personal comments about a situation you do not know much of anything about- and no, i'm not pregnant. lol). my wedding is in 2 months!!! i want to look so awesome for my love and for the rest of my family- and also a little because i have an awful stepmother who always hints that i'm fat. i didn't even want to invite her, but i'm unfortunately responsible and had to.
i really want to lose about 20 lbs- be in the 180's again at least, i know 20lbs in 2 months is pushing it a bit, but i was thinking i'd go with small portion sizes about 6 times a day meals (that's always how i lose the most) and, of course, go to my... (view more)

Then we WEnt to Dairy Queen and I had a blizzard and I got down to the very bottom and i'm like yuck this don't taste good so I gave the rest to my mom.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Here is any idea. I found some foam fruits at the store. Like the foam letters that you find. I'm going to take some small magnets and put on the back of them and put them around my room and regigerator. There are banana's, watermelon,grapes,apples,and cherries in the package. I hope this will help me eat more healthy. I might even put it in on my computer and food that is bad for me.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 272 lb, Today: 272 lb, Goal: 190 lb - OMG! Okay let me tell the story from the begining. I was ill for 2weeks at the max so my mother took me to t=my doc. to see what was wrong. When i went she told me that i had to loose alot of weight because i could or might have diabetes, high blood, and cholestorol. OMG!!!! She said b/c i'm young she'll give me a year to loose 82 lbs.... OMG!!! I need encouragement like OMG!!!!!!!! Please i need some encouragement

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't believe this i'm only eating like 1500 calories and doing over an hour of workout and burning 1345 calories. What I do I gain 3 pounds this week. I don't understand my peroid just stopped could that be why i'm not losing weight. It's making me so mad. So just for that I'm gonna do my 4 mile walk dvd I hope that will help I hope.
