Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 175 lb - WOOO~!!!!!!!!!! i beat the stupid plateau, and all i did was eat more lol as if, but im not going to get carried away im just not going to be so strict with my eating and ill continue exercising. this better not be another fluke and then i wake up one morning and im back to 195 for some strange reason. ill stay positive because i really want this weight to come off! good luck everyone

However we are also eatinbg dip and crackers and cheesy bread ( my special recipe i was begged to make) for my sisters b-day before we go out to dinner but not until like 5:30 so I think I am gonna skip lunch alright I hope I dont overeat and stay ok while out and eating! :(

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So, I was feeling like I'd never start losing weight again, but yesterday I woke up and made two committments to myself: 1, don't drink anything but water, and 2, don't eat dessert. I did well with that all day and then (and this is the part that made me feel really good) I went and played 1 on 1 basketball last night (got so sweaty, it felt so good) and then I ran as fast as I could (which really isn't very fast, lol) back to my dorm from the gym. I felt so sweaty and gross and so GOOD. :-) Wish me luck!
