Ht. 5'4", Start: 345 lb, Today: 312 lb, Goal: 290 lb - okay, so, I haven't been doing too well on the homefront. I've been overeating, and not enough excersize. but, I hope to change all of that. I haven't gained much weight, I have been staying pretty steady at 314, butm I started excersizing again, and checked this morning, low and behold 312! it made me feel sooo good. I hope to lose at least 30-40 pounds by next june. I feel it is a reasonable goal. well, good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so for like 2 weeks i just havent cared, i just eat whatever i want whenever i want, but i try to watch. havent really exercised. surprisingly ive lost like 1-2 pounds (i guess because i was eating so little my metabolism was shut down) so i was on youtube looking at weght loss before and afters and now im motivated again. i just want to be at my goal weight by my 19th birthday, which is january 17th so that when i go to the bar for the first time i can feel confident and wear something nice and have a blast! so basically, thats 3 months to lose 20 pounds i can do it

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I lost 2 pounds since Wednesday. Which is surprising because I ate really bad but. I went on a camping trip and we walked for like an hour, then 30 min, then an hour of playing and walking, and then we walked for like 30 more min. Both days were like 2 hours each day. I really want to lose 5 pounds this month

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I always always do this stupid self-mutilationj thing. I eat like 2000 calories or more every Friday and Saturday. Then I eat like 1200 calories during the week so I won't gain weight. Why can I not just eat liken 1500 every single day and stop this annoying cycle! Its not fair. But since I already ate the 2000 calories both days I have to eat only 1200 every day this week to not gain. I have to stop setting myself up!

I was so nervous about weighing in this morning since I had a lot to eat yesterday BUT i went down 1.4 so now i weigh 182.6 Yay...And I really can't wait to weigh in tomorrow b/c i think i did amazing today! Here goes..(B) Yougurt and Green Tea (L) Salad, Slice of Pizza, Skim Milk (D) Spagettios and Fruit Snacks And lets see i ran this morning for 1/2 hour and then tonight I went to this frat party and just danced all night! So I feel great and tomorrow is going to be awesome! Oh and another bonus my crush saw me leave to go the party and oh yeah it was a pirate theme so i had this slutty little costume with fish nets and leather boots and yeah i was pretty sexy and anyways he checked me up and down and undressed me with his eyes, it was a major confidence boost! Oh and I gotta number at the party! Well I'm gonna crash, Stay Strong everyone!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So i went down another lb today! Yeah...181.6. I'm pretty stoked about it! I feel like i'm really getting back on track. But here is how today went (B) Low Fat Yogurt (L) Soup (S) Fruit Snacks (D) Salad, slice of Pizza, Skim milk And then i ran for 45 min and burned 525 cals and plus i worked an 8 hr shift and i work in retail so i am on my feet the whole time so thats nice. Oh and another thing I did at work today was make a list of mini goals for myself with little rewards and it goes like this (175) Taking all my girls out to our fav lil restaurant and a movie (170) Buy myslef this really cute shirt i have been longing for (165) New Belly button ring (155) Get my nails and toes done, oh and my hair re-colored (150) Get a new pair of HCO jeans (145-UGW! which i wanna make by x-mas) Buy a whole bunch of "look at me now clothes" Haha i'm a dork and i have to go finish getting ready so I can go out tonight!
