Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - On Thursday I had my jeans layed out and I just grapped them and when I put them on they were tight and I said I know my mom just washed my 15 size jeans so I took them off and they were my 12 size before I couldn't hardly zip the zipper or button the button. I was so happy they are still really tight but at least I can wear them. I hope to lose 5 pounds this month I still have 3 more weeks left

I'm so sick of telling myself, 'this will be my week', 'i'll stick to it this time' and never do. It's so frustrating! I just need to take advantage of the board so I can stick with it. I have this really good exercise program, Slim in 6 (check it outt) and I got through a week. That was good since the last few times I tried it, I never got passed day 3. So I'm pretty ashamed of myself since I stopped. Bad thing is, I think I sprained my wrist. I was at my school's homecoming, and I slipped on some soda, and landed on my back lol. Now it's in a splint type thing the doctor gave me :/ So no PE for 7-10 days. We were supposed to do the push up/pull ups test tomorrow for the President's Challange. The teacher won't like that. NAHHT.) and the field hockey coach, she's also the LAX coach >:O Which means she'll be my coach since I'm starting this year. One of the other reasons I need to lose weight and get in shape, to prove to her I can play LAX (since she basically doesn't think I can do much.) and be ready for it this spring. Ok, I'm rambling. But one last thing, I went shopping tonight, and I fit into a size 11 jeans :] I used to be a 12, but I've gone down a bit. I didn't do any workout today tho but oh well i need one day off. Hmmm tomorrow is the start of a new week! Yay! I always hate the weekends cuz I get off! Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Alright I am ready. Today was officially the last total indulgence day. I am going to eat normal and not count calories starting tomorrow. I am going to exercise good and not deprive or overeat. I am soo motivated I hope it lasts. I am ready to weigh 100 lbs. I cant count calories because it makes me hungry and insane by the way. I am going to attempt 45 minutes on the exercise bike right now. Tomorrow I am going to attemp 30-45 mins of that. A 40 min. walk up and down hills, and a 45 min cardio pilates video. Wish me luck I need it!

But it makes since because I did super good with my intake and ran more then usual plus I went out last night and had a little to much to drink and got super sick. So this morning I am really dehydrated but i'm just chugging water. Well i will update later I have so much hw, midterms this week....ugh. Stay Strong!
