Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Oi. :( This summer I was actively on this website and I was 128 pounds. After a trip to San Fran, my weight sky rocketed and I never got back on track. I just started eating healthy again on Oct. 2. I was doing great but last night I freaked out and snacked. The next time I'm allowed to snack out is on Halloween (of course). But I'm determined to get back on track. It won't be so difficult to get back down to 130 because I was only 130 about two months ago. I'm going to eat three meals a day, with cheat days on special occasions. Once I get down to 130, or whenever it starts to become harder to loose weight, I'll change tactics and eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I take yoga every Thursday and I'm going to start going to curves on the weekends, but it's hard to find time in the week to exercise. I want to be down to 130 by Christmas time and down to 120 by Valentines Day, well around those times. Good luck to everyone, and wish me luck :)

For everyone whose in highschool....i must say it helps loose weight especially if your school is as big as mine....well i play volleyball and it helps so much because i dnt get home till like 7 and then i have to do homework for the rest of the night...my best advice for you guys wud be...try a sport....it will take away the time you have to eat.....if you need anymore help just comment me nd give me your email...ill try to help you as much as i can

L-wheat bread and tuna sandwhich. snack-banana and 5 prezels. idk what i'm getting for dinner yet though, hopefully something low in calories. i'm really busy though w/ hw so what are some types of excercises that burn a lot of calories but don't take up that much time?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So today i went running. Together with the walking home it was 45 mins. I did 50 situps. For breakfast i ate an apple and lunch was a 6inch turkey on wheat with no mayo from subway with baked chips. for a snack between this and dinner i had 1 packet of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal made with water since i didnt have very much breakfast. dinner is a veggie burger on wheat or with no bread with a salad. So far i've had 4 bottles of water. how do you guys think im doing?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok so I rode for 40 minutes on the exercise bike, hopefully I am going for a 40min. walk later if I ever finish my homework. Ok tell me if I did ok today, B-Egg whites w/ 1 slice of fat free cheese, and 1 kiwi- 155 calories L-1/2 ham sandwhich on low calorie wheat, pretzels, grapes- 255 calories, Snacks-1 apple, 1/2 bag of 100 cal. popcorn, pretzels, pickles- 245 D-boca burger on low cal wheat, steamed broccoli, tomatoes-260 altogeter-915, I know its not a lot but I ate horrible over the weekend plus I might have some low calorie ice cream in a cone making my total 1050. Rate it plz. Thank you.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - On Thursday I had my jeans layed out and I just grapped them and when I put them on they were tight and I said I know my mom just washed my 15 size jeans so I took them off and they were my 12 size before I couldn't hardly zip the zipper or button the button. I was so happy they are still really tight but at least I can wear them. I hope to lose 5 pounds this month I still have 3 more weeks left

I'm so sick of telling myself, 'this will be my week', 'i'll stick to it this time' and never do. It's so frustrating! I just need to take advantage of the board so I can stick with it. I have this really good exercise program, Slim in 6 (check it outt) and I got through a week. That was good since the last few times I tried it, I never got passed day 3. So I'm pretty ashamed of myself since I stopped. Bad thing is, I think I sprained my wrist. I was at my school's homecoming, and I slipped on some soda, and landed on my back lol. Now it's in a splint type thing the doctor gave me :/ So no PE for 7-10 days. We were supposed to do the push up/pull ups test tomorrow for the President's Challange. The teacher won't like that. NAHHT.) and the field hockey coach, she's also the LAX coach >:O Which means she'll be my coach since I'm starting this year.
