Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey guys... i guess i just want a little insight as to whether or not how i ate was good... because no matter what i feel like i ate too much.. i just started running again and i ran yesterday so today i was to tired to run but i did situps and i might play ddr if i can get it to work. anywho today i had a light yogurt and an apple for breakfast. for lunch i had 2 egg whites and lean turkey on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard only. for a snack i had this small chicken mix thing with crackers which i only ate half of so that came out to 150 cals. for dinner im having subway, turkey + wheat and no mayo.. and maybe the baked chips.. maybe... plus 3 or 4 water bottles... what do you guys think?

Ugh So i had that flag football game last night and my old crush (who just for the record is not an old crush. I still have feelings for him I am just trying to get over him b/c I know he is bad for me) Well his team got their butts beat by the other team and after the game he took MY shirt that he ALWAYS wears and ripped it off and threw it away. Like seriously wtf?! Idk if he is mad at me b/c i was cheering for the other team or what but he haven't talked in weeks and thats on him. UGH! And i just passed him on campus and he wouldn't even look at me. Seriously like all last night i was bawling b/c idk what his deal is HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND how is he making me out to be the bad guy?! I hate more that I still like him and I just can't help it. Its ridiculus. Well I gotta go to class, last day then at officially 2:20 I am on fall break! Stay Strong!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I watch these weight shows on TLC and people who weigh 600lbs seem to drop like 65lbs in 3 weeks. Me being 300lbs do you think weight will just drop off me like it does to the people who weigh 600lbs if I exercise? Because I noticed the 600lb people who exercise on tv seem to only "exercise" for 5 mins a day or something like that because they get too tired and in the end they still lose a lot of weight. I don't drink pop and I eat fast food about once a week which I know is bad but before when I was in school I'd eat it just about every day for lunch so for me its really good that I only eat it once a week now. I only want people to reply if you actually know what your talking about because I see a lot of 11 and 12 year olds on here trying to give people advice when half the time they don't even know what they are talking about so thanks for listening everyone. xoxo

I'm so mad because I can't seem to get under 170 for some reason. It goes up and then it goes down to 170 and won't go down anymore and I don't know why. It's been like this since the last week of july.

But I am still down .4lb prob b/c i ran a lot but w/e I will take it. So I have gotten myself into some boy problems. Well first, tonight at the football game my old crush (the one who wears MY shirt with MY name on it to every game for good luck) is playing my new crush (the guy who i've been hanging out with lately). And its this huge rivalry game and its gonna be awesome. Def awkward for me especially if the old one wears my shirt and the new one sees. I don't want that. PLUS my ex who got drafted to play hockey in Flordia awhile back called me and he is coming back and misses me and all this. I miss his abs...LoL but idk if i want to get involved in that again.
