Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ...................... weigh in 2morro! kinda excited kinda nervous cause i really dont want to have gained. it doesnt feel like i gained but u neva kno. my goal is 2 b 159. but i guess id b happy if i were 160. school starts again on monday :/ spring break is ova NOOOOOOOOOOO! lol my goal was 2 lose 11 pounds in 5 weeks so i would b 154 when i went bak but that didnt happen lol ive lost 4 pounds instead lol friken plateu i hated it! but im pretty sure its ova now. THANK-GOD!! ... well im off 2 go 4 a run now so :P ill post again 2morro with my weight hope every1 is doing good ♥♥♥♥

Ht. 5'3", Start: 173 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Breakfast: Poptart [woke up wayyyy to late] [7:00am] .Lunch: peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat, 7 baby carrots, water bottle [9:30am] .After school- peanut butter sandwich on W.w bread, a glass of fat free milk [ 2:15pm] .Dinner- small grilled chicken caesar salad, and barely ate the chicken, and didnt finish the salad because i got full.[7:30pm]....so i really hate that i have lunch so early at school...at 9:25 in the morning it starts, and my stomach is growling by 5th period which is at noon-ish, and i can't eat until i come home at 2....do you guys think i ate enough today?? bc i feel like i did eat enough but then again i dont

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - So guys i just found this website and i think its a great support group. im gonna post some easy tips to get on track to your new lifestyle. - instead of soda drink juice or crystal light or even my new favorite vitamin water. - instead of icecream try some yogurt and granola or you can add some fresh fruit... yummm - try to stay away from stuff thats first ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.... worse than sugar - eat breakfast it will give you energy and studies suggest that people lose just as much weight - and lastly never get down on yourself its ok everybody makes mistakes just adjust accordingly the next day. keep it up, Sara

So today was kinda bad...Um here goes (B) Granola Bar-100 (L)Yogurt-100 and Half a sandwich-200 (S) 4 oreos-200 (D) Burger, about 20 fries, 1/3 piece of cheese cake Oh and I went to the gym and ran for a 1/2 hour and burned 400 cals. Idk I was in a good mood earlier its just my room mate annoys me so bad. She acts so dumb and its like the guys just eat her up oh and not to mention she weighs 105 lbs and she thinks she is fat. I just want to strangle her b/c she doesn't know what its like. She is playing with all these dif boys heads and I feel so bad for them while here I am and i can't get the one boy I am crazy about. Its just so frustrating. Hopefully the numbers are still down for tomorrow. I would be lying is i wasn't a lil nervous. Stay Strong.

I DONT Im SOOO weak when it comes to food I wish I didnt have to eat I wish i could live off air I wish I didnt get tempted I just wish I could. and I want to get liposuction but my mom said I dont need it, but I DO i hate looking at myself I hate trying on clothes and when all and I mean ALLL my friends around me are skinny it just sucks ASS!! Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - k well today all i ate for breakfast was a 50 calorie yogurt and 2 hard boiled eggs, so i had 200 calories. then i got home from school and my mom had bought pizza, but its thin crust but i was starving so i had like 4 pieces. but i dont think ill be eating any more tonight because im full, so i dunno how many calories that is but i dont think thats too bad considering i do so well. plus the scale wont budge anyways so whats the freaking point
