Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What would be a good start to try to loose atleast 1-2 lbs. a week? I am already working out, but only a little for 5 days a week. And i'm trying to cut back on some food. Is that enough to start out or should I be doig more?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm back down to 170 yeah. IT probly won't last long though. I have been eating about 1500 to 1800 calories. depends what I have. Then doing about an hour of different stuff. I really wanted to get back down to 165 by the end of this month I just hope to get down to 169 I hope. I have 10 days I could probly lose 2 pounds.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i dont even know what in the name of God i weigh anymore, because last week i got down to 191, finally beating my plateau then all of a sudden 195 pops up again. then sometimes the scale decides to be an a$$hole and go up to 197, and so on. i'm losing my mind. literally. i'm obsessed with getting off this plateau and nothing is happening. the fat in my body doesn't want to effing leave. maybe i should start charging rent... lol yeah i know i'm lame but AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HELP ME JESUS!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I know how to lose weight. You eat less and exercise more. I have gained and loss weight a million times. But right now my biggest struggle is finding the motivation to lose weight. I have been really sad lately and have been overeating because of it. I need some words of encouragement to get me right on track. Anything or any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Ht. 4'10", Start: 165 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok so I've lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks. Not too bad but I wish it would come off faster. Talk bout a slow process. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard. Anyway hopefully I do better this week.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey, I thought I'd share with you what I've been doing for my morning workout on here. In the morning I've been running a mile. You're thinking "just a mile? that's nothing." Its not how much much I've been running its my intensity. I've been aiming for 7:30 minute miles. So like my first leg (.5 mile) I'll do it in under 3:15 and then the second I do in under 4:15. It tires you out like no other. I think I hate this more than running my 3 at my own pace or stadiums or anything because it forces you to haul ass and that makes you tired and really works conditioning which I'm focusing on anyways. Oh, and then at night I go play full court basketball for 2-3 hours. I love college...lol...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I ate like 230 for breakfast, 470 for lunch, snack like 400,like 300 for supper. So I had 1400 calories.For exercise i'm going to do 11 min soccer, 30 min different stuff maybe my 4 mile walk or Taebo.. So how did I do. PLease reply
