Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 175 lb - for any of you who have lost like 5 pounds really fast, what did u do? i know eating right and exercising, but you know how sometimes as ur steadily losing weight, you all of a sudden drop 5 pounds? what was it you did differently?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hey everyone ok so i did really good this morning and just ate peanutbutter with toast and 1 banana and i didn't eat anything else untill i got home at 3:30 but i'm kinda mad at myself because i had to much food i'm working on the amount of food i eat so i just wont eat anything else today it was whole weat pasta and whole weat rice and fish but it was alot and i know i'm not suppose to mixed carbs with more carbs idk what happen to me but i'll think about it next time i won't let food take over me so wish me luck for the rest of the week and good luck to you guys i'm going to do my wokrout and go black team the biggest loser rules lol

Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey everyone! ugh, no exercise today. it always seems like i run out of time during the day. it sucks. eating was ok, here's what i ate: B- blueberry muffin loaf (packaged thing you get a convenience stores), L- caesar salad, whole wheat roll, and chocolate milk, S-banana and onion bagel w/ butter, D- Velveeta mac + cheese. It wasn't horrible, but I could have done wayyyy better. Tonight I'm gonna go to bed early, get all comfy, and make a list of my goals, a schedule of my day, meal plan, and whatever else I think of. the hardest thing to do is get off the darn computer! before i know it, it's already 10 :p. So I gotta make finish this up and finish my spanish hw lol. I'll let you know how tomorrow goes! I have gym, but hopefully I can still participate :p

For snack yogurt and 100 cal pak and 80 cal thing. For supper not sure yet. For exerise 20 min basketball and maybe something else. So how did I do

Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i hate being overweight. people calling me fat, not being able to get a boyfriend. it sucks. i just wanna be skinny like everyone else. i always feel like i stand out. and i try not to eat bad stuff, but its so hard not too. & i have made my self throw up, but it dont make me a better person. i just wunna be skinny, and i dont wanna stand out. then maybe my friends wont be so mean to me like they are. and maybe i'll get more respect. but, i know that if you put ur mind to it you will lose weight, so now i think im gunna try harder. best wishes to everyone & put your mind to what you wanna do, & stick with it. thanks a bunch.

I have just been super busy because I have my first college midterms this week and I'm just so stressed out about it and yeah. Yesterday was pretty bad I totally munched all night but it was on healthy stuff so I guess its not too bad. But I decided that I'm not gonna weigh in this week just because I don't need one more stressful thing added. I mean I'm still eating good and working out I just don't need the pressure of the scale right now. LoL. Well I hope everyone is doing great, I'll update lata! Stay Strong.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Oi. :( This summer I was actively on this website and I was 128 pounds. After a trip to San Fran, my weight sky rocketed and I never got back on track. I just started eating healthy again on Oct. 2. I was doing great but last night I freaked out and snacked. The next time I'm allowed to snack out is on Halloween (of course). But I'm determined to get back on track. It won't be so difficult to get back down to 130 because I was only 130 about two months ago. I'm going to eat three meals a day, with cheat days on special occasions. Once I get down to 130, or whenever it starts to become harder to loose weight, I'll change tactics and eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I take yoga every Thursday and I'm going to start going to curves on the weekends, but it's hard to find time in the week to exercise. I want to be down to 130 by Christmas time and down to 120 by Valentines Day, well around those times. Good luck to everyone, and wish me luck :)

For everyone whose in highschool....i must say it helps loose weight especially if your school is as big as mine....well i play volleyball and it helps so much because i dnt get home till like 7 and then i have to do homework for the rest of the night...my best advice for you guys wud be...try a sport....it will take away the time you have to eat.....if you need anymore help just comment me nd give me your email...ill try to help you as much as i can

Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So today i went running. Together with the walking home it was 45 mins. I did 50 situps. For breakfast i ate an apple and lunch was a 6inch turkey on wheat with no mayo from subway with baked chips. for a snack between this and dinner i had 1 packet of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal made with water since i didnt have very much breakfast. dinner is a veggie burger on wheat or with no bread with a salad. So far i've had 4 bottles of water. how do you guys think im doing?
