How many calories do u eat when u wanna MAINTAIN weight? The mypyramid.gov says 2000 if u exercise or are active 30-60 min. most days which I am most days, but I am afraid I will gain becasue i have been eating around 1200-1400 to lose weight. I see a nutrtionist on the 19th of Sept. but I seriously dont wanna gain anything before that. So to MAINTAIN weight how many calories do I need???!! PLz help thanks!

And every Saturday we are going to weigh ourselves and fill in a chart. At the end of it whoever lost the most weight gets the $1040. This is a great way to be motivated to lose weight so try it with your friends.

Ht. 163 cm, Start: 89 kg, Today: 78 kg, Goal: 65 kg - iv always faced being overweight, but this summer i went to a weight loss camp in england. I gained so much confidence, iv found a boyfriend who likes me for who i am. the best thing this summer was seeing other overweight teens enjoying themselves and smiling, this was the best feeling ever! i hope to lose 12 more pounds to be my ideal weight  (Note: 163 cm, 78 kg is 5'4", 171 lb.)
