Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok my metabolism is soooo screwed up cuz 1 day i will eat 1700 calories, then the next day i will only eat about 700 calories, then another day i will eat about 1250 calories. it kepps jumping from a range of 600 calories 2 about 200 calories. now its so screwed up that i could eat a carrot and i ill gain weight. yesterday i went to kennywood and ate about 2000 calories but the day before i spent the night over someones house and all i ate was a ricecake, an apple, and yogurt. today so far i had about 800 calories. i dont know how to fix it cuz now i can gain weight no matter what i eat and its hard to try not to gain too much weight from trying to eat normally. wtf can i do??! my body is messed up but most of my weight goes to my[lower] belly

Ht. 5'5", Start: 303 lb, Today: 299 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Today was a good day, I got up did 1 1/2 miles on the bike outside in the poorig rain, and then went to the gym later, and at the gym this girl i rarely talk to was there and i said hey to her and she was said same back and complimented me on how good i look. things like that make my day and make me want to work harder. Thats the reason I didnt really hang out with any one this summer so i could just work out alot and change into a healthy lifesylte and here i am getting compliments....Hope everyone else is doing good. =]

Though I want to know what would be good things to buy, what would be good workouts and what to definetly stay away from, that I don't know about yet. I've lost five pounds on my own, but that was from excessive working out but the weight comes back on from 200, to 195 and then to 197 and then back up again...I can't seem to get back down to 180, or even to 190..I want to be able to reach 185 by october, then by December I want to reach 175, and then by march i want to reach 165...and then finally by June I want to reach 145. It's a healthy weight, and I need to lose this weight for MORE than just being healthy, more than just staying away from diabetes. I need it because I need money for college, something that i think about daily. And to do so, if I lose this weight, a local mall would allow me to model for very good pay, but to be able to I have to lose the weight. They say I have the look, and that if I could lose the weight I could be a model. However I would only be a model to gain money for college...and that's what I need...more than ever. College is my main goal in life, to graduate with a Phd in Psychology and start to help people...but to do that I need help myself. So, what's some good, healthy ways to lose the weight i need to? Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - if any of you need a tip on exercise without having to do much or consider it exercise, get a job where ur on your feet all the time. i work like 37 hours a week at a convenience store, so im on my feet serving customers and stocking shelves and walking back and forth for 8 hours a day. i've lost 6 pounds since starting there, and i've only been there about 3 weeks :) i'm so happy, i'm getting so close to my goal weight, back in may it seemed hopeless, i was 220lbs and i thought it would take too long, and yeah it took a few months but when you dont focus on it, you just eat right and walk around time flies and before u know it its been a month and ur 10 pounds lighter. the only problem is my work pants wont stay up anymore haha good luck everyone :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I didn't eat that much today. I had a breakfast burriot at mcdonalds, organge hic. Then for lunch I had a grilled hamburger, some chips, and a pepsi. For supper I have about 1/2 can of soup and more chips and wate and a piece of hard candy. So that's about 1100 calories because a burrito is only about 300 and I also had a mild sauce with that to only one small package. For exercise I'm gonna do 30 min of tank top arms,bikini belly, and boy shorts bottoms. and maybe something else I can't start exercsing and I don't know why. So how did I do

Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Omg I'm so happy right now. Besides being almost at 140 (it was point something that rounded to to 140), I'm able to really see the difference in how I look. My stomach is getting flatter (except at the very bottom .), my face looks kinda thinner, and things like that. So it really proves that if you work at it, you can make (and see) the difference. =]

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I want to be down to 165by September 20th but for some reason I have been stuck at 169 since the last week of july. Instead of going down it goes 169,170,171,172,169,173 it will go back down but I can't seem to get back on track. Since my vacation all I want is junk food. Like today I have a bagel with egg,cheese,bacon from mcdonalds with water, and a hashbrown. Then I didn't have anything for a while, then I had 2 hot dogs,ketchup and a small bag of chips, then my grandma cut up an caramal apple with no nuts. And I hate 4 pieces of that. at least I had apple though. but I keep snacking but's it's like an 100 cal Jell-o pudding sugar free, then I would have later on like some of those striped hard candies one or two with water. but I still ate over 1200 calories then I can't do exercise because of my cold. I don't understand why I still crave such horrible stuff. I can't get away from it.
