Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Im going through so much right now and I dont know what to do. Im having trouble w/ my bf and I dont have anyone to talk to because im not supposed to even be dating. Also in a few weeks I'm having a family reunion and I really want lose weight because if my brother thinks the things he does about me what will my cousins and ect. say? sorry i just needed to get that out.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hi guys. I was wondering if any one knows a good like, diet that flushes the system out. Or what ever its called... detox? lol... and i was also wondering if any of you could list out some fun excercises that you enjoy to do! :) my only issue is i get bored and lazy when it comes to excersice. So i usually just give up.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright. so I've come up with some motivation. As I've already lost 30lbs my stomach is looking alright and I think with another 20 atleats it'll be looking good enough to bare. So, I've decided that since I'm hopefully going to be in a sorority and if not,I know tons of frat guys who will be having parties/clubs have parties, if I lose 20 lbs by Halloween, I want to be a hula girl with coconuts or atleast a bikini top. I think that'd be hott...I just need to lose the weight. So, yeah, that's my new motivation. So, how does that sound?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 398 lb, Today: 409 lb, Goal: 135 lb - im so dissapointed in myself i said i would never weigh over 399...but weighed myself this afternoon and somehow i've gained 11 pounds in two days..i now weigh 409ibs and its not my scale i weighed myself on 3 diff scales :(...i didnt know it was possible to gain 11 pounds in 2 days...wow im gonna give up ...i start trying to loose weight and gain it...whats wrong with me...please helpp

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I am inching my way closer to my goal :) I'm so happy. the most i had ever lost in my LIFE was 10 pounds, and i gained 5 back in no time, but i lost 26 pounds so far and it's staying off and keeps coming off slowly but surely. i don't exercise at all which i probably should but i work and am really busy, but my job keeps me on my feet walking back and forth and lifting boxes and stuff for 8 hours a day so thats not too bad. good luck everyone :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - okay yesterday and over the wekkend I ate overe 3,500 calories everday amd I thimk I gained 2 pounds. So today and tomorrow I was going to not eat and exercise a lot but only for two days. Howvere is it better to just start new today and eat healthy and exercise a lot? I am scared though because I was so proud and tomorrow I am going to the doctor and I wanted them to see how much weight I lost but now my self esteem is back at zero because I ate so much I can't control my disgusting self. I purged and took medicine but then just ate more! PLz respond because I am not eating, or not eating anyway, until someone responds to me!
