Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so this is what i do for my workout. i do 30-60min sometimes more on the elipical and then i walk my dog for 20min. should i be doing more

Ht. 6'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Have any of you thought about getting your fat removed by surgury? I don't know if I should or not. You guys keep saying that I am tall and that I don't need to loose the weight. My doctor said I need to loose the weight. 170 would be the weight range I need to be in.

Ht. 6'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 170 lb - What if I don't want to loose weight? But my doctor said I needed too.I mean I keep trying to loose weight but the numbers on the scale keep going up. I mean so what I have some beef over the edges and some fat in my trunk. I don't know...I just feel like I am having a tough time with my weight. It has become a really hard battle to overcome. Am I the only one who feels this way??

Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - What r good dinners. Is ceareal goos or fruit. 4 yrs ago wen I was about 12. I got on a diet for two weeks and all I did was cut out dinner and lost 11 pnds but it seems hard right now. And I'm starting of with just a littke bit of dinner bc thts ur heaviest meal.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 125 lb - warped tour was amazing. I just wish I could've went crowd surfing. So now I'm really motivated. Everytime I want to over eat or have bad food Im going to think about crowd surfing or those clothes I really want to wear.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone I have been busy for a while so haven't been on. I've loss 5 lbs I'm 178 now. But I have a slight dilema I BRUISED the bone in my ankle and CAN'T walk right now. Anyone have anything I can do. I'm at colorguard practice everyday so I kinda exercise and I do sweat so I'm lossing some weight with it.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 100 lb - i dont know if i should be happy or not. i have a very hard stomach from alot of muscle but now i still have a layer of fat and a pooch that makes me look like im pregnant. also, since i have that muscle, i look even fatter cuz the muscle sticks out and i look wider in my waist. i cant do anymore crunches cuz i dont want more muscle but cardio isnt working on burning that fat. what should i do?
