Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OK. I have been trying to lose weight since February and now it's August and I have only lost 15 pounds. I need to get my head on straight and make the decision that I either want to lose the weight now or be a fat middle aged woman when I get older. I have to get healthy before I actually become obese because right now I'm just 8 pounds away from my healthy weight, but anyways, I have to make a lifestyle change in order for this to happen. We all do. Eating healthy and exercising shouldn't be something that we are doing just to lose weight. It should be something that becomes a lifestyle for us all. We need to make a conscious decision right now that we aren't going to be overweight or unhealthy. People will no longer look at us and laugh because we are bigger than they are. We only have one body, one life, so we need to treat it right. Starting right now! Don't wait until tommorrow if you have already messed up today! Good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 154 lb - hey ya'll well i have been doin sometin. well it isent a diet. when i put the name diet on something it sounds so harsh. i just realized how bad some stuff hurts my body, i mean we have always been taught not to do drugs cause it can kill us so can obessity! So on my health kick as i call it i just cut soda out completly.FAST FOOD gone! Water my new fave drink. Set bed times so you can be a bit routine. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You shouldnt skip meals cause then you binge eat which is the worse:(. Eat slower so your body has enough time to realize hey i just took a bite so you will know when you are full and not to over eat. Sweets are not the enemy just limit yourself you dont have to eat the whole box. set a time line dont eat after 8pm. atleast that is my time. Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't seem to lose any weight at all it keeps going up then back down. Is it maybe because I'm going to bed so late and getting up early. I go to bed at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and don't get up till 12:00. Is that what my problem is if so I think i'll start getting to bed at 12:00

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok. So I've totally screwed my diet up since San Fran. But, I've decided I'm not gunna let it get to me. My friends and I have plans this week so I'm goin to pick back up on my healthy-ness on Sunday, and I hope to start a different diet and exercise plan that involves lots of different foods and strength-training and ima see how it goes. Then as school comes, I'll join yoga and pilates and work out my healthy food schedule. Keep stayin strong, you guys!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 120 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I find it hard to go on a diet. Or other times when I do exercise I can't continue to do it. I think that I'll do it the next day but I never get to it. Then when I go to school every one is like super skinney so I feel out of place. I really try to keep on a diet or exercise daily, but I can never stick to it. I just don't know what to do at this point.

In the past month and a half or so I've lost 24lbs. This is more than I've ever lost before and I really haven't been trying to hard. Is this unhealthy? I've been eating two meals a day and a tiny breakfast. I eat until I'm full and then I just don't snack. I think that's what's taken the weight off so quickly because I've never had a problem with exercise but my eating habits have always been terrible. Another question: someone told me that at my height it will take a 15 lb loss to lose a pant size. Is this true? thanks

I KNOW THAT IS A BIG BREAKFAST. it also has alot of sugar too. but since i eat this big breakfast, i dont eat as much later on but my dad sed all that fruit can be bad cuz of the sugar but im craving it right now. is it?
