Ht. 5'9", Start: 226 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Where should I begin?
Okay, I started seriosly exercising/loosing weight about a year ago. I went from 226 lbs to 204 lbs in 1 1/2 months.That was very encourageing (sp?) so I was motivated to continue, but I couldn't loose any more weight after 204. I changed my exercising routines, drank more water, try to eat a bit less, nothing worked.
I've tried a few times since then but to no avail.I think I've figured out what could really help me. I'd like to have an online diet buddy.I actually use to have a buddy but she just stopped responding to me after a while ( I'm not annoying or anything, I don't know what happened), but she was way older.I'm thinking having one my age, or close to it, would be best for me. Having someone to kind of account to every day would help me a lot as I start to loose weight again. ( I haven't actually started yet but I will soon).
I'm new to this site and don't know exactly how it works and I'm not sure if this sort of thing would be prohibited or not, soooo....

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok i need a lot of help so this is what im thinking. i get up at like 11 so at 12 i will have 2 eggs w/kep^ and then i will workout for like 15min on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) then i was think lunch meat sandwitch for luch then another 15-20min and then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then another 20-30min. i really need help im starting this tomorrow and i need to know what i need to change about it to make it work better please help

Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ugh... at the begining of the summer i had lost almost 20 pounds since january..but now i've gained about 10 back..it's so annoying!! i'm starting again.. no sodas.. not even diet..because you just feel gross after that. anyways.. here's what i've had today.. help me out.. please... breakfast: whole grain tost with a tablespoon of peanut butter, lunch: some zuchini and whole grain pasta salad that had edamame and bell peppers in it.... snack: tiny bowl of unsalted peanuts.. (about 30 pieces) and a bowl of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes topped with balsamic vinegar, garlic, and some pepper. i think for dinner i'm going to have a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread. with lettuce, a few pickles... and mustard.. no cheese..and especially not mayo..i hate mayo... how did i do.. oh and i had 2 cups of green tea.. and i worked out for an hour.. 20 on tredmile, 20 on eliptical, and about 20 doing some weight stuff. nowww how did i do

Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I got a question. Should I start counting calories? I've tried before but it was just hella annoying. Lately I've just been eating normally, but I won't eat til full I'll just eat til satisfied then wait another 3 hours before I eat again if I am hungry. Is that better than counting calories?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 226 lb, Goal: 200 lb - i'm so happy i lost 3 pounds in the last week i'm really happy because that means i'm getting there slowly but still. It's funny because the only thing that i'm really doing alot of is workout because i eat ice cream and things like that oncein a while but i also control myself if it wasn't for this site i would still be eating like crazy and feeling bad for myself thanks guys

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - if u have ever seen jay leno, u kno that he makesfun of fat people, mostly kids, but he is oerweight. i dont get it. also, if the child obesity rate is raiseing then why are there never clothes that fit plus sized kids. oldnavy stoped plus size, itsonly online now. and the only places in the mall that have plus sizes are adult storeswith ugly clothes. like hollister, abercrombie, aeropostal, they never really go ovr size 10. there are very few places to but plus sized clothes that are cute, that dont make u look like a total slut, torrid and genex.

i had a bowl of special k, 3 peices of 1/2 of a saucer size grilled chicken, a small bowl of macoroni , about 20 hot tamales, yogurt with granola, and a speical k bar
and i ran 1/2 mile and played some wall ball soccer.
o and a little tip after youve eaten try 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
it surely makes you lose you appitite

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok this is a wierd question but how can u lose fat(mostly in ur lower stomach and thighs) without losing any weight? i would think of weight training but that would just bulk u up. i need some ideas.
