Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg i feel so full but i cant stop eating. well, there goes my diet. i feel like i gained some of the weight back. about 2-3 days ago i only ate like 700 calories for acouple days(and not that much food) so now im starving and eating about 2,200 calories and even when im stuffed i want more food. its hard to get back on my diet. now, my little sister is craving fish and my mom keeps buying that. is fish healthy? i thought it was but the package sais 1 piece has 260 calories and 17 grams of fat. I NEED HELP!!

Oh yeah about that idea i had Jeimi, i don't think any one else is interested but us 2 could do it together, we could post 1 comment per day letting eachother know how we are getting on and then 1 every 2 weeks saying how much we have lost... starting frm now! Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 229 lb, Goal: 115 lb - well today wasn't my best day i got very hungry through out the day and i thought i was getting use to the diet but i'll do my workout and not eat anything else. I want to be i want to be 170 pounds for november bcuz i want to have a party for my birthday and about 160 for december bcuz that's when i'm going to meet my stepfather's family well wish me luck o and i would like to be atleast 130 for softball tryouts i think these goals are possible what do you guys think?

So far I have had spaghetti and meatballs (25o calories) carrots (5 of them) and ravoli (250 calories) I played hockey with my brother for 15 min rollerbladed for 15 min volleyball for 10 min. and about to go and do something else. what do you guys think?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok...this whole day i ate 2 much- 1 banana, i apple, 1 cup of grapes, 1 plum, an english muffin with jelly, 2 bowls of cherios, (dinner)-chicken, potatoes, broccoli all covered in cheese-. mudslide from dairy queen, and 2 quaker rice cakes. most of it id healthy though. i think that cuz the past few days i havnt eaten much(but still exercised)it made me really hungry today. i will TRY to get back on track tomarrow.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i think i had to much to eat so far today. for some reason, when i woke up today i was just so hongry! 1 apple, i banana, 1 peach, 1/2 cup of grapes, 1 bowl of cherios, and an english muffin with jelly, well....atleast its healthy(the jelly has alot of sugar though) i only woke up at 10:30 and right now its 12:18. alot of sugar in the fruit too but atleast it is more healthy then what i would normally have. now i have to exercise ALOT though. im still hungry. i dont know wh i am today
