Ht. 5'4", Start: ... lb, Current: 154 lb, Goal: 124 lb - hey, im a new user. i ws going through my clothes today, an i tried on a pair of jeans that i got 6 months ago, an they would hadley do up around my belly. I used to weigh 135 an i weighed myself today an im 154, meaning ive put on 19lbs in the last 6 months. i noticed i was getting fat, but it diddn't realy bother me. it does now. my frends say im not fat, but they haven't seen the size of my belly! it mesures about 40 cm. every time i look in the mirror, all i see is fat. i hate my fat belly an i'd like to lose about 10lbs in the next 2 weeks. any tips?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey u guys I'm actually 140lbs now! I reached my goal weight. and here is the best part I did it in 4 weeks. I ate three full meals everyday and and worked out for 1-2 hours everyday except for saturday. My diet consisted from 1200-1800 calories and I ate w/e I wanted just in portion control. I never realized how difficult I was making it for myself with crash diets and ridiculous goals. I joined this site almost 1 1/2 years ago. Really unless u have a thyroid problem or something wrong with your endocrine system the old fashioned watch what u eat and exercise thing actually works. I joined the gym and every morning with my friend we get up then workout on the elliptical for an hour. Afterwards we go out to eat brunch. which is anything from pancakes-funnelcake-fastfood. My advice grab a friend and start workoing out together. Enjoy what foods you want but in moderation. eat when u r hungry not when u set up certain times like 8:30 a piece of fruit. no don't do that b/c ur body really doesn't like that. when u want a piece of fruit eat a piece of fruit just remember to control ur portions and workout. Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Hey guys I am officially 14 now yeah!! Ok just got back from the 8 day cruise today. I totally ate everything in site. I am a fat pig!!! But I am too afraid to weigh myself so I am going to wait a week. I exercised for 45 min. 5 times while on the cruise on the eliptical and bike machines. The first 4 days I ate good with the carnival low calorie spa meals and sugar substituted desserts and frozen yogurt not icecream but then I was like Im on vacation screw it so we'll see in a week when I weigh myself again. Tomorrow I am going back to my strict 1200-1400 calorie diet with 45. min of exercise everyday and strength training every other day on top of that. Well here I come diet! Any tips, motivation, suggestions are appreciated! 3 Ps. I checked 3 days ago on the cruise and I was 124 lbs but the site won't let me post unless i say I am 130.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 275 lb, Today: 272 lb, Goal: 125 lb - do any of you ever feel like you don't want to set goals or say you're going to lose weight and get in shape, because everytime you have ever said that before you don't? it's gotten to the point where i don't like thinking about it or saying i am going to lose weight or anything like that because when it doesn't happen, i feel like a failure. and to those people who are going to say just stay postive and stuff like that, screw you. until you have experienced being over weight and made fun of, by even your friends sometimes, and having everyone in your family lose weight while you didn't then don't say it. i'm not trying to be rude or anything like that.

Anyway I was wondering if this is a good diet and exercise plan? Totally different from what I've been doing but: 8:00-Fat free yogurt with piece of fruit Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes 10:00-Piece of bread with peanut butter Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes 12:00-Smoothie with fat free milk, ice, and various fruit Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes 2:00-Sandwich with honey ham, tomato, avocado, and mericle whip Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes 4:00-Salad with fat free ranch, chicken, and hard-boiled egg Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes 6:00-Veggie bowl with broccoli, peas, carrots, anything in a small portion May drink water, vitamin water, and fat free milk throughout the day Ride bike or swim for 30 minutes each day. Gunna try to loose 10 more pounds within 6 weeks.
