Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg i dont know what i did but i gained 2 pounds back. i havnt cheated on my diet and i have done the same amount of exercise but i gained meight. i dont know what to do and when(or if) i get to my goal weight, i cant make everything a lifestyle change cuz if i go somewhere or hang with friends then i cant get on my daily exercise schedule and it would be screwed up and what im doing now i cant do for the rest of my life but if i stop, then i will gain more weight back. i also keep getting hungrier(dont know why) but im not cheating on my diet. i dont know what to do!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - An hour after I woke up I had a half cup of green tea. An hour after that I had 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 lightly buttered pieces of toast. Im having a peanut butter sandwich w/ celery on the side. Dinner will be pasta. In between I'm going to have vegetables like carrots,green beans or corn as snacks and of course 8-10 cups of water. Total calories= 1500 Sound good?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Alright so my problem with losing weight is my workout routine is boring and I really don't feel motivated to do it. I just hop on the treadmill and run 10min. straight. I've lost some pounds but I still feel hella fat. I mean the weight scale says I lost that many pounds but I feel I still look hella fat. Also I injured my knee so I have limited movement. I can still run but not at full speed. I'm a pretty athletic guy though I used to play basketball. But I can't play ball because of my knee. And it's summer so I really have nothing to do the majority of the day. Can anyone suggest some workouts that aren't boring I can do when I'm bored?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well I lost 6 pounds this week. I also lost all that I gained at the stressful end of the school year. My goal is between 175 and 180 by August 5, because I will be going to a waterpark that day. And I'd love by the end of the summer to be about 155, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I was working out twice a day and eating normally, buring about 1200 calories a day, but I didn't lose any weight. So I cut what I was eating back and burn about 800 calories a day instead with absolutly no eating after i work out (I work out every night at 8:30). It's been working

Also so can having 2 tomatoes for breakfast for a month or so but who would do that? lol. hope i helped someone =)
