Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 226 lb, Goal: 200 lb - ok so i'm really happy so far i've lost 13 pounds and my mom is really happy about it she tells me all the time to not give up because i'm starting to look thinner i'm really happy about that and i can't weight to get out of the 200 i wanna be 100 somethin but it takes time so good lcuk and thanks 4 the suporrt everyone

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - im so confused. i hve the same amount of fat, do the same thing every day, and my clothes actually seem to be getting tighter but when i was weighed, the scale said i was 10 pounds lighter. i want to know how i can lose more FAT but not gain any muscle or lose any more weight.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i cannot seem to lose weight no matter what i do! i workout soo much and eat super healthy but still no pounds come off. i have cheer mon and wed for 2 hours and tumbling thurs for 1 hour then like everyday i go on 2 mile run/walks and i ride my bike and go swimming and on my trampoline and stuff. I also eat really healthy too mainly lean cuisine meals and i only drink water. Can someone please explain why I cannot seem to lose weight?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Wow ok so I'm really disappointed right now. I spent 5 days in San Fran on vacation and man did I bomb. I pigged out every single day. I came home and dreaded the scale but I gained 9 pounds. It will be easy weight to loose considering it's mostly water weight or whatever O.o and as soon as I get back on track it'll go down fast, but I'm still pretty bummed at the moment cause I was so confident I'd be fine. Once I get back down to 130, I'm going to step up my whole routine and start toning. Stay on track you guys and good luck.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - today i did really bad. i was hanging out with my friend and we ate aton. i had a mini pizza for brekfast then just startedd snacking. i had 1 taquito, a slurpee, 7 cookies and french dips for dinner. i also walked 5 miles today and have been drinking quite alot of water. but still did very bad.

Okay, I started seriosly exercising/loosing weight about a year ago. I went from 226 lbs to 204 lbs in 1 1/2 months.That was very encourageing (sp?) so I was motivated to continue, but I couldn't loose any more weight after 204. I changed my exercising routines, drank more water, try to eat a bit less, nothing worked.
I've tried a few times since then but to no avail.I think I've figured out what could really help me. I'd like to have an online diet buddy.I actually use to have a buddy but she just stopped responding to me after a while ( I'm not annoying or anything, I don't know what happened), but she was way older.I'm thinking having one my age, or close to it, would be best for me. Having someone to kind of account to every day would help me a lot as I start to loose weight again. ( I haven't actually started yet but I will soon).
I'm new to this site and don't know exactly how it works and I'm not sure if this sort of thing would be prohibited or not, soooo....

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok i need a lot of help so this is what im thinking. i get up at like 11 so at 12 i will have 2 eggs w/kep^ and then i will workout for like 15min on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) then i was think lunch meat sandwitch for luch then another 15-20min and then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then another 20-30min. i really need help im starting this tomorrow and i need to know what i need to change about it to make it work better please help
