Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i am becoming a binge eater again! im so mad. i gained 2 pounds and i cant help it.my mom keeps making my favorite foods: pasta, steak, brownies, and all that other really bad junk. now i keep eating either pasta with meat sause or steak for dinner(or something else bad) and then i will have a bunch of brownies for desert. i havnt had them for so long that i cant stop eating them now. also, i dont know if this is a good thing but my other "trigger foods" are cheerios, fruit,quaker multigrain cakes, and carrots. they are healthy but i binge on them kindof badly now. my mom is making all the foods i stopped eating just to make me mad cuz i told her i dont like that stuff anymore and she is making me eat them now. so i cant stop binging on that food and im scared i will gain even more weight and i dont know what to do. i can eat about 2700 calores a day now and before would eat about 1400 calories a day.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everybody. I've been having trouble recently. Back in January I was eating really well and working out only a few times a week. I lost about 20 pounds. Then i stopped because I got so busy with school and everything. I gained almost 10 pounds back.. and i've lost about 3 now. But i've been eating really well this whole week. I've also worked out every day this week. I just can't seem to lose weight. Maybe it's because I've been doing some weight stuff and it's muscle or weight or something. I just don't know. It's so annoying not to see the scale change so rapidly like it did last time. Does anybody have any tips? Today for breakfast I had some whole grian cereal and green tea. I did a 75 min. arobics class and then I just ate a turkey sandwhich with a big side of zuchini. I've been having salads, veggies, chicken, whole grain pasta and stuff like that all week. (I'm not eating fruit until monday. the first time that i lost so much weight. i cut out all sugar.. including fruit for 10 days. then i started eating 2 servings a day. so that's what i'm doing agian. ) I just pretty much eat lotttss of veggies instead of fruits right now. Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay I just want to know is running && jumproaping good 4 losing fat bc I do 30 min of jumproaping and 30 min of running then just streatching and I also do 2 hrs of other exersise in the morning but thts like weight lifting sculpting for musles and areobics.but I just want to know if the jump roaping and running is good or should I try to do more.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so i woke up today and got on the scale, something i never did since a month. about a month ago i weighed 185 lbs and today i weighed myself and i'm 195 lbs. i gained 10 lbs in a month! i know why i gained weight, cuz i eat take out and junk food constantly and i barley do any exercise anymore. i don't know what is wrong with me. i use to go to the gym for 2 hours everyday with my sister and walk about 3 times a week for an hour each time and i never ate all that much. but since i slowly stopped doing all of that and eventually completly stopped exercising, i am really lazy and it seems like i never ever get the "full" feeling and i always have room in my stomach for more food. it really disappoints me because i use to be so active and now i'm really lazy and i don't really feel like doing anything no more. how do i get out of this habbit of not wanting to do anything besides stay in the... I don't want to work out outside anymore because it's like 90-100 degrees and I don't want heat stroke and it just isn't safe. So does anyone have any tips to exersize indoors? I have cardio dvds and stuff and I know that'll work but does anyone else have any more ideas? I really want to lose 20 lbs before school starts
