Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - wow i really screwed up. i already ate 1400 calories and its only 4:45. my mom made hotdogs and perogies and i ate some of that. also, when i ate earlier today, i really binged. first i had 2 pieces of toast and jelly but then i still felt hungry cuz i dont usually eat bread so i also ate an apple, a granola bar, and 2 quaker ricecakes. that was just supposed to be 1 snack after breakfast and i binged. i REALLY screwed up my metabolism cuz a while ago i was only eating about 700 calories a day without realizing so when i did realized, i started to eat more but gained more weight so i went back down again. now, if i dont exercise after i eat for atleast 30 minutes, i actually store the fat, even from something as little as an apple.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 210 lb, Today: 207 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay today will be the 5th day of my low carb diet... ive been doing really well on it. now i just need to start excersizing so today i went for a mile run... well it was a run/walk thing cuz im not a good runner. so i would run for like 2 minutes then walk for 2. i think any excersize is good tho... now im just going on and on. i want to start playing tennis today, so im gonna try and do that also.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey everybody..i don't count calories.. but maybe i should start. i don't know why i can't lose weight.. i've been workingo ut every single day since last monday.. so like. a week and half. yesterday for breakfast i had a piece of toast with peanut butter, a small apple, lunch... i had half a chicken sandwhich.. and a large salad with cucumbers. for snack..i mesed up.. i had a small light and fight yogurt. 2 apples, and some cucumbers. for dinner i had a veggie burger, that had some avacado on it.. and then steamed veggies. and that's it. i worked out for like an hour. today for breakfast i had the same thing has yesterday.. and for lunch i had whole wheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce, a salad and an apple. why can't i lose weight? i have completely cut out sugar

Doing crunches and lifting weights only strengthen the MUSCLE but don't eliminate the fatty tissue around the muscle. Cardio like running, swimming, dancing, biking, or any other exercise that gets your heart pumping(HARD) will reduce fat. While you do your cardio you will also be gaining muscle. As for cravings, try brushing your teeth, i tend to not want to eat after my breath is minty fresh! Also buy some sugar free jello(10 calories a cup) They really kill a sugar craving. Hope i helped! My sister has a very hgh mteabolism and so its hard for me to watch her eats sweets and processed food without giving in even thoough I know it wont effect her but it will effect me. I already have plans to take my little sister with me to the gym today..even though she doesn't need it..it honeslty helps to have someone there with you..well good luck to everyone and hopefully I will be posting with a new weight shortly
