Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 200 lb - omg i'm so mad i gained 4 pounds but their's no1 to blame but me i've bine eat to much and sometimes idk how to control it i was doing just fine and then i just messed up. I told myself that it didn't matter that i'll just keep doing what i need to do to loose weight but it's so hard well i promise ya'll that i'll try my best this time. I'm so happy that i'm going to runing camp though well everyone i want to loose 10 pounds by the 18th but i don't think it'll b possible so i'll try 5 pounds well guys wish me luck and i will loose those 5 pounds well guys i'll be back if i loose anything.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 304 lb, Today: 299 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hi, I've been overweight my whole life. I've always tried everything even what the doctor recommended, it never worked. I've finally found something that has been helping me. I go to this gym for kids. And I go to a meeting there once a week, we discuss things like what helps and what doensn't. And like I just find it very hard to keep with the portions but sometimes I can't do the portions....And it's very hard to have a busy life style and not eat the fast food or junkfood. My two siblings are both very healthy and skinny, and I always feel left out. It looks like I shouldnt't be where I am. I don't find it fair and I never have. But I thought itwould be nice to come and see some of the other things you guys have had to say......

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay I know this is bad but I ate icreace but I wanted to reward myself I worked out 2 hrs and 30 min and right now I just ran around my neighborhood and did come more exersise and I feel great I feel like I burned my icecream away. :)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok so i've been here before lol but i'm not sure my exact weight now...i think like 162ish but i will weigh on sunday..anyways, by my 18th birthday (december) i want to be 140. then by spring break (march) i want to be 130. does this sound reasonable? lose like 30 pounds in 8 months lol..but its so hard for me

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - for the next 30 days it will be hell for me. i am going to diet and tan all day. have to get ready for school. i am going to wake up at 8 am every day, as aposed to 12pm like i do now. soccer is starting in 2 weeks then theres school tryouts. i am going to take it a little esier in september because i will be doing rec soccer, and hopefully school soccer (if i make the team) if not i will be doeing tennis lessons. i will also have lots of hw and be going to all the football games (i have a crush on aguy who is gonna b on the football team =]) so i am going to be supper bussy and hoefully loose weight. does that sound like a good plan?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I just read in an article that exercise does not help obese people lose weight...I'm not sure if many of you knew that or not. After reading that though it just feels like there will be no hope for me to lose weight...if any of you that were or are around my weight which is 280 and you've lost weight, please let me know how you did it...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - heck yeah! haha sorry sarah stole your catchphrase there. ive been losing weight like crazy after i stopped for awhile. i mean, yay just last year around this time i was 220 and now im almost 50 pounds lighter^^ i know that might not seem like much,well judging on how far i have to go but it is for me. i didnt eat the healthiest before and yet i did lose weight. now im exercising and drinking only water and well 1 cup of green tea in the morning. ive eaten so well, ive been full,i get some fats,protein,and carbs in every meal like i should,ive totally cut out fast food,pop,most of eating out too. anything that has partially/fully hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup in it i wont touch(its in almost everything,jeez theyre even making most bread bad now) even though my food is a little limited, well moreso than it used to be, i dont miss all that crap at all. 48lbs down,42lbs to...
