Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey,, i'm rachael-- i have be on and off this website for a very long time but have never actually been on a "diet" where i had my parents help. i'm sick of being fat and not being able to shop at certain stores and say i don't like that store b/c i don't fit in it. i'm 214 lbs. and my waist is about 40 and my hip are about 38. I'M A SIZE XL OR XXL AND AN 18 IN PANTS.. pretty soon i'm not going to be able to find clothes. its crazy how big i have goten. i 've gone to the gym for about two years. i eat a lot.i'm italian i love FOOD! and my paret are both big so i guess that doesn't help. i love clothes and can't wear them. in a bathing suit i look like a pregnant cow. well anyway i'm looking for a weightloss buddy. and i'm going on a diet tomorrow. its like a soy diet so we'll see how it goes.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey! theres something i thought of that im starting to do so u take atleast 10,000 steps a day and get ur meals in.wake up and eat breakfast. dont eat again until u take 2000 steps. then eat lunch. then 2000 more steps. then dinner and 2000 more steps. then eat a snack then u cant eat again til u take 2000 more steps. after u eat ur second snack take 2000(or more) steps to get to 10,000 or higher. so thats 5 meals a day and if u eat at a certain time then u know u got to get active to reach 2000 steps to have ur next meal. i DO have certain times i eat at and i cant screw that up so i exercise(like running, or jumproping) so i can get those steps in so i can haee my next meal AND i do atleast 10,000 steps a day. it might be stupid(or hard to understand the way i put it into words) but it kindof helps me.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - i was just wondering if those cosmogirl workouts really work cause i just ordered alot of these.but which would be better,getting on the treadmill for 30 mins 5 days a week,or doing a cosmogirl workout 3 times and then getting on the treadmill twice that for that week.please comment.good luck people.

My grand mother just told me that i look thinner than b4 and i lost 3 1/2 inches in total i know this is going to be a long process but i know i can do it i'm not dieting i'm just eating less and no junk food i think that's the best thing to do well for me anyway i get tired of diets and who doesn't well wish me luck and good luck every1 we can all do it just think positive never negetive luv ya

I was going to have a veg. salad but they made me it. How can I get their support? I have all these recipes for DELICOUS low-calorie foods and the ingredients aren't that expensive. How can I get my parents to buy me them?

FOOD- lean cuisine chicken and rice and vegies,30 cherries,30 blueberries,healthy choice fudge bar,1 piece of meatloaf,mashed potatoes,green beans,1 small piece of garlic bread,6 cups of water and 1 cup of milk. EXCERCIZE-30 minutes of namaste yoga,20 minute walk (i walked 1 mile),2 hours of cheerleading. So how did i do? But if like anyone says to eat more I like can't because throughout the whole day I'm full with all of that like i constantly drink water and eat ice and it fills me up. So i'm hoping to lose about 10 more pounds before school starts!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 230 lb, Today: 278 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so far with out dinner i have eaten 800 calories and i am planning on having 280 for dinner i have done cardio for 15 minutes so far and exercise for 30 minutes total. I have huge love handles hips butt and thighs is anyone else like this?
