Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So I me and my lil brother made up this game called rollerbiking. we take a bike tie a piece of string to it and someone pedals and someone is on skates. the person on the bike pulls the rollerblader down my street (we live on a hill) and the skater pulls the biker up the hill. Doing this I have loss 10lbs. Its fun and if you get tired you switch we do it twice a day for like 30 min. if your like me my lil brother is only 94 lbs and he can pull me up the hill. just find a friend bike and rollerblades its fun. and we went to the doctors yesterday and asked him about it during our checkup he says that we found a good way to get active and it could burn almost 800 calories in an hour of doing it. Give it a try.

What helped me was first talking to my mom and friends about what I wanted to do so they could help me. Now I go grocery shopping with my mom and pick out the things I want around the house and I tell her the things that I don't want around the house. I love to eat fat free yogurts and fruit and you can find many ways to spruce up a boring salad with chicken and shrimp and tomatoes and avocados and fat free dressing :) By just making easy choices like getting something fat free or deciding to snack less in the beginning, you'll eventually develop habits. By getting your friends involved, you can start doing more active things with them, like riding your bikes together or going swimming on a daily basis, or even exercising together. Ht. 5'1", Start: 239 lb, Today: 229 lb, Goal: 200 lb - I am so stupid i was feeling so bad because i thought i wasn't loseing weight but i forgot that i started out with 239 pounds not 235 so i've lost 10 pounds it's not to much since it's going to be almost 1 month but i don't care if it takes me 1 year i will get down to 115 pounds wish me luck because i'm going to need it and good luck to all of you guys

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so i had an apple and some light lemon yoplait about an hour after i got up then i went on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) for 15 min. then for lunch i had 3/4 cuts Life with 1/2 1% milk then i did another 15 min. then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then i will work out for another 20-30 min. hows that sound can you tell me what im doing wrong or right?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay so I had cheerios in 1% milk for breakfast, lunch-boca burger no bun, and cottage cheese, dinner-gonna have 3 oz of pot roast, 4 baby potatoes, and honeydew. snacks-1/2 diet coke plus, 1 banana, 1 apple. I am going to do a 40 min. walk around the block, 45 min. on the excercise bike and I did a 30 min. lower body pilates workout and a 30 min. abs pilates video workout. How did I do. And If I do that same exercise everyday, but alternate the pilates videos with a 30 min. hardcore pilates vidoe(kickboxing,ect.) do I need to do anything else. I mean since I am doing cardio, intervals, and strengthening my abs and lower body do I need to do anything else?
