Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 160 lb - OK its been a week and a half and i have lost a total of 7 pound its not much but im really proud of myself.So i kinda came up with this theory idk if it will work but if i lose 5 pounds each week then ill be able to start my junior year 30 pounds lighter.So for I need to lose 3 more pounds for this weeks quotea.i might not beable to lose 5 pounds each week but its a good goal and with a great attitude i will atleast close to my goal weight before school, and im really excited about that!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Alright my dream weight is to be 135. and its also a healthy weight. I am curious has anyone ever just ate healthy and walked for an hr and a half a day and lost weight? I keep my calorie intake under 1500. and i have been walking for an hr and a half everyday its more like race walking to and then there is swimming. i am always swimming since it is summer. and my biggest weakness is night time eating. it soo hard not too eat at night for me. but anyway i am rambling on and would like your thoughts on this.. k thanks. bye =]

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 125 lb - GAHHHHHH It's SOOOO HARD not to eat yummy leftovers right now.
wow, once you're in the habit of binging it SO hard to stop.
but i'm actually 142.2, and i'm giving myself 5 weeks to lose 12.2 pounds!
i just have to keep thinking: if i stick to a healthy diet and moderately exercise, i WILL lose weight. It's science! Unless i mess up and fail, theres no way for me to not lose weight. so all i have to do...is not fail!

So this morning I saw a pic of myself that was taken without me noticing, I was completely disgusted in myself, so I went to the bathroom & made myself puke. After sobbing for a few hours, I realized that making myslef puke isn't the way to go. So I just got done doing pilates. And omg I am sore already. I hate my image. Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Okay so today in the morning I weighed myself and I've lost a pound 1/2 and I'm glad in total since late june I was at 171 so I've lost about 11 pnds by just exersising an hr a day and eating only salads wich is good.
