Ht. 5'4", Start: 276 lb, Today: 276 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so i'm over weight obviously, and i am pretty much used to it, and i know that is bad. i have been big my whole life and right now i feel like a dissappointment to my parents. they both know that i am unhappy with the way i look and they aren't happy aobut ti either but i recently told them that at this point in my life they can't do anything about it, and that it's up to me really what happens. i have always wanted a motivation to become thinner and seeing the looks on my parents faces when they look at me just breaks my heart and i think that i finally have that motivation. i don't want my parents to be ashamed of me, so i am going to lose weight any way i can. i'll keep everyone updated on the weight i lose because i promise, i will be losing weight

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm actually 130 pounds now and all I need is to loose 10 MORE POUNDS!!! 10 more pounds dude. What are some good exercises to work my inner thighs and my love handles...or my lower stomach area? Those are my problem areas. I'm also gunna start yoga soon and I was wondering what parts of the body yoga strengthens? Honestly I really haven't been eating as well as I should be, I've been eating 3 very small meals a day and once school starts it will be easier to get into an eating schedule so until then I'll just keep doing this. I just wanna loose 10 MORE POUNDS! Thanks guys for all your support and good luck to everyone, keep stayin strong!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Okay so I went rollerblading for 15 min and rode my bike for 15 min. Had Chefboyardee ravoli (99% fat free) strawberries and a smoothie today did I do okay. I'm doing yoga later tonight for about 20 min.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 205 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey guys~ this has nothing to do with weight but i was just wondering if any of you have heard of the pills tetracycline HCI to clear up acne? has any of you tried it or know about it? i have mild acne and my doctor prescribed them to me to clear it up. i have to take 4 of these pills a day and that just doesn't seem normal. i took my first 2 pills this morning and it made me really really tired like i can't keep my eyes open. i'm just curious to see if it really will clear up my face and if it is worth while taking them. it is not birth control also.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i just got this amazing book called the abs diet. you've probaly heard of it, but it is amazing. it breaks everything down. it tells you what to look for on nutrition labels and how losing weight works. i read most of it last night, but it is seriously amazing. it said that low cal, low fat, low carb anything low doesn't work, it may work at first, but not after a while. it said that the problem with low - cal diets is that your body will start eating muscle cells which burn a lot of calories because it is starving itself. and 1 pound of muscle burns 50 more calories a day so muscle toning will make you lose more weight than cardio especially because your body will sometimes keep burning calories for up to 48 hours after a muscle toning exercise, and not that much longer after a cardio workout. cardio exercise will eat up your muscle, so when you do cardio, make sure you do some muscle...
