Ht. 5'5", Start: 275 lb, Today: 273 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi, so i'm new to this site and so i will just say a little about myself. i know that i am WAYYYY overweight but i don't look as big as it sounds, i am still attractive in my opinion and i have had boyfriends, i hate that people assume if you are fat that you don't have friends because i am considered in the "popular" group in my high school. alot of the time i have a hard time saying that i am going to do this and do that because then when it doesn't happen i feel like a failure. i am going to try really hard to work with my mom and a few friends to lose weight. i just got a gym membership and with it i get 5 personal training sessions so i think that will help alot. if anyone has any suggestions or somments just tell me or if you want to talk kto me i can give out my email ort facebook or aim or stuff like that haha. anyways good luyck to everyone and i hope you all lose weight

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - ok soo.....Breakfast: 2 crepes w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: greek chicken salad & some salsa; Snack: grapes & frozen vanilla yoghurt; Dinner: small Quizno's sub- turkey on wheat w/ guacamole & cheese & veggies & a diet pepsi; Exercise: 20 minutes cross-trainer, 10 minutes stationary bike, 10 minutes treadmill, 40 minute walk. What do you think? How'd I do? I'd love some feedback!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I did horrible today. I probly ate over 1500 calories, it was like 500 calories for breakfast, 180 for a snack, 200 or more for lunch, then probly over 500 for supper then,I ate a piece of cake, and 3 pieces of lunch meat. So that's like 2000 calories I feel so bad. I kinda cleaned my room today for like 20 min then I kinda chased my dad around the house, then 5 min of oblictal thing and probly 5 more min or 10 min of cardio instead of the oblical thing or I might do both. At least 2morrow is a new day

Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 105 lb - today was the best day of my life, except for the morning, a killer track workout, anyway. my friends called me and i went to the pool, then i went to my friends house and went swimming in her pool. then i came home and found a e-mail from my friend saying how calm and cool i am about starting highschool and crap and asking for my advice. then i went to the living room and my dad commented on how much skinnier i had gotten. my dad usually doesn't pay much attention to this stuff, so if he noticed, it has to be really noticable. i also found out i grew this week, lost 2 pounds, and lost and inch or 2 around my waist. and it's only tuesday!! i am so happy right now i can't even explain it!!!!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 235 lb, Today: 226 lb, Goal: 150 lb - well i piged out a little over the weekend but not to much and today I ate cookes not so greate but a week ago i would've eating like 15 cookies and today i only ate 4 cookies and fruite i am eating alot less than before and i feel better i can't weight till i can weigh 190 again

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ayyyy this is lousy. Well I ate horribly today cause I totally snacked out on m&m's and chocolate covered pretzels. But, tom. is a brand new day and I'll get right back on track. My goal is to be at 125 by the time school starts and have that weight be very solid...meaning it's not like I'll gain all my weight back if I have a bad day or somethin. If I can just reach that goal, I'll be thrilled. Good luck you guys!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - HEY! So i'm new to this so bare with me! I'm Miranda, I'm 16 & since i was 13 i've been a little chubby.. I was 98 pounds at age 12 then suddeny by 13 i was 135 & from that age up i'd stay at around 150. I LOVE TO EAT! I have lots of health problems so i get really low blood sugar dieting. I've finally found a diet i love & in a week i've lost7 lbs & counting. Its a spin off of atkins, with one meal of what you want in the evening. I eat my favorite foods at like 5:00. In the morning i eat eggs & sausage. Noon A ceasar salad with no croutons. Its great because i've battled with this for a while. I've always been told how pretty I was and if i'd lose just a little weight i'd be gorgeous. People "guess" i weigh 140, which was a far cry from my highest weight so far 175. Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i have officially lost 2 lbs. now there is one major issue i am working on right now, does any one kno how to get rid of armpit fat?i kno,sounds weird huh? it like a section of fat between ut arm and chest. its the only thing stopping me from wearing a tank top, cause i can find tank topps that fit, but that arm pt fat ruins it, without wearing a tank top i cant get a good tan, which i need.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey im Jen and i hate being overweight. i am so emotional cause ive been through a lot a family memebers passing away and my only solution was food. im in middle school and of corse the boys are cute but then they will never look at me because im the biggest person in the class. and i hate that. people just look at you and say "ewwwwww" just because your fat.... and i hate shopping for cloths because i know that NOTHING will fit me, its a horrable feeling. this year i had devloped asthma. and that kinda limits my excersice capability. i want to excersize but its hard when you have asthma. i cant even go to far on my bike without having to stop and use my inhaler. i cant even stand up straight, look down and see my feet. i just hate being the ugly, fat girl that nobody will give a second thought about. they never think that maybe shes nice or whatever, they just take one look and never say anything to you ever again.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - im starting my summer weight loss plan, but i need tips to help me. All tips are welcome. so this is what i got so far, after i eat i will try to burn of at least 1/2 of whatever i just ate and im going to drink lots of water.
