Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok well I've decided that each day I'm going to say what I ate and what I did for exercise. So here's yesterday. ~~~~~Breakfast: bowl of Fruit Loops w/ skim milk, 2 tbs. of peanut butter(not in cereal, but just to eat seperately), water. Lunch: ham and cheese on wheat bread, an apple, milk. Dinner: Smart One's - Chicken Carabona, milk. Exercise: walked around the block before breakfast and after dinner.~~~~~ And guess what? When I weighed in this morning, I had lost two pounds! So here's today. ~~~~~Breakfast: Cap'n Crunch w/ skim milk, a hard-boiled egg, water. Lunch: turkey and cheese on wheat bread, an apple, milk. Dinner: Smart One'- Meat Loaf and mashed potatos, water. Exercise: Walked around the block twice after dinner.~~~~~Ok well I think I'm doing pretty good. What do you think? Oh! Like last night, I wasn't really hungry, but I just wanted to have a taste of something, so I popped a piece of cinnamon Trident gum in my mouth. That way, you won't be munching on junk so late! Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I weighed in today and ive lost 2.5 lbs this weekso now im down to 139! Im really pleased, maybe its just water weight but im still really pleased and motivated. Im now almost in the healthy weight range but I want to stay here until ive reached my goal weight, if I dont i will just gain it all back probebly. Hope everyone else who is weighin in today has done good.xx

I got really stressed these past few weeks!! and ate terribly and didn't exercise and now...I'm 170 lbs. I feel awful! Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Okay so I know I should feel good about today and really how I have been doing the past 2 weeks, but I feel guilty.I checked my food journal and I did ok too! If I do a lot of exercise one day and a good amount the next day, but not as much as the day before, I feel horrible. Plz help! Also tel me how I am doing today? Breakfast-low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk= 170 cal. Lunch-1/2 low-carb wheat tortilla w/ less than 1/4 cup of mozzerella cheese and tuna, 6 triscut crackers=250 cal. Snacks-1 apple, 1 granola bar, 1/2 can of coke zero=210. Exercise- 30 min. of exercise bike, 40 min. walk around the block, hilly, 100 sit-ups. I am plannning on having something w/ egg whites for dinner. How did I do today?

I've been doing good and keeping a food journal and staying active, although not as much as I should be. :\ But I have a predicament...I'm going to Warped in Ventura tomorrow, and there will be lots of unhealthy foods, and because I'm going literally all day, I can only eat from fast food places and from whatever they're selling at Warped, which I'm sure is all pretty unhealthy stuff. What do you guys suggest I do? And also is it ok to have a hot dog on the 4th of July for dinner? You know if I eat healthy the rest of the day? I'm just really not sure what I should eat as far as snacking goes...I'm afraid that as soon as I start eating some junk food, I'll gain all my weight back, or I'll go crazy x.x Well I hope you guys are staying strong and doing good and having fun!

Breakfast: cookie crisp cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Garden Burger pattie w/ ketchup & mustard & a salad w/ lettuce, tomato, parmesean cheese, & wonton strips; Snack: plum; Dinner: Smart Choice tv dinner- chicken in peanut sauce w/ noodles & veggies & a cup of 1% milk; Dessert: chocolate vitamin muffin; Exercise: 20 minute bike ride & 10 minute walk...I know the exercise isn't great but I'm sore and wanted to take it easier today....I'd love some feedback!! For supper I hope to have something healthy. For exercise 30 min taebo, 30min soccer. So how did I do. If I can't get soccer in then I will do a taebo tape again
