Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - how was todays eating and how many calories roughly do you think ive had
breakfast- wholewheat toast thinly spread with peanut butter
lunch- one slice of wholewheat bread, lettuce with dressing, blueberries and cherries
dinner- lettuce with dresseing, 6 squares of white chocolate
snacks- blueberries, 200 calorie bar
was that too bad? i dont know i hope not, i wont eat anything the rest of today and then tomorow im going to the gym so it should all work out.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I ate a lot yesterday. Like mostly everything was healthy but I had a bit of ice cream at like really late. I overate. I need some motivation. I am grounded and the only exercise I can do is on dvd and it's boring pretty much. Also, my legs are HUGE and fat. I want them smaller and tight. The rest of me is pretty much okay but I have a lot of fat on my legs. Someone should write me out a to-do list to get nice, toned legs by the end of the summer. Thanks. =]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Okay. I gained weight over the last month. Actually, like 8 pounds of weight. I had test after test, project after project. I know its not an excuse, but it was draining. But today was the last day of school. Tomorrow I start my rigorous summer plan to prepare for the next school year.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 307 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Ok so today I didnt gain but I didnt lose any weight either. I just wanted to write today to ask for some suggestions on how to help my friend Chris. If you remember the other day I posted that he told me he is a Gainer. Which I found out he gains weight on purpose to be fatter. I talked to him today about it and informed him of the health risks involved but he said he dosn't care. I dont know if he's joking or not, but he said he wants to get up to 1000 lbs. before he stops. He just turned 15 years old and he's the same height as me. He got on a scale today to show me his weight and he weighs 330 lbs. He said he's proud to be fat and he marched around outside and in the house all day without a shirt on. He even showed me a website he goes on that has kids from all over the country who wanted to gain weight. I think its called 43 things I want to do, and its under "Get Fat" I cant... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I made a type of salad...tell me if its good.
Miracle whip (30 cals) and boiled chicken taken apart into bits and lettuce mixed together...and then I toast a slice of whole wheat bread and break them apart into little squares that I put on top. It tastes good. The ww bread gives it a crunch. I don't know all the cals together but it's healthy with the chicken, lettuce (greens) and whole wheat bread..maybe not the whip but that's what gives it taste and 30 cals is not a lot.

I spend my time reading the success stories, hoping that one day I'll find one that has some secret, some easy way of just losing the weight. But I know its not that easy, and now, I'm finally going to do something about my weight. I'm sick of being so self-conscious. I'm sick of being embarassed everytime I try to get dressed up. I'm sick of not having enough confidence to be me because I'm always worried people are judging me. I'm going to do this. I'm going to lose weight.

But i was so happy because my best friend came down she just moved to arkansas so shes down for a coupld weeks. Anways i went shopping with her so we were walking around for ever. But my food for the day is Half a chocolate chip cookie from starbucks,and half a tall double choco chip frap. Then for dinner I had 1 rib,1 little bit of pulled pork,1 piece of bread,half a cup of bakes beans, and 10 fries. Oh and 1 cup of milk and 3 cups of water.
My excercize for the day is walking around the mall for 2 and a half hours, and then 1 hour of tumbling.
Yes i know my food choices were terrible but oh well.

I weigh((161)) i am so happy...this is the first diet that i have actually stuck to for more than a day! I know that i am gonna do it this time!! I keep having little slip ups but thats okayy becuase i just get right back on track! But i am going to camp at the end of next month and i want to lose a little more weight... how much do you think i could possibly lose by july 24th?

So far today, I have had 1 cup of that Bunches of Oats cereal for breakfast and then for lunch I had macaroni and cheese (not alot) w/ corn and lima beans and a cup of water. I don't know what I am going to have later but please tell me how I did. Good luck to you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
