Ht. 5'7", Start: 225 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 175 lb - i haven't been on here since... like the beginning of May. wow. Well i was dieting a lot then, nothing much happened, lost like 4 pounds so i was at about 215. then i fell off that boat and regained about 2. so i was at 217, then my boyfriend of 16 months dumped me. you'd think i'd be depressed and eat myself HUGE but surprisingly, i didnt, i just dont have an appetite, i eat something 2 times a day, anything i want, i dont get hungry until like 8-9 hours after ive eaten so maybe my stomach has shrunk? either way, its been about 3 weeks and i've lost 8 pounds by not doing anything? haha and it just keeps coming off. i think ill put some exercise in there too maybe that will help. Its just hard to believe i was 225 in january, and i yoyo'd until now and i never thought id be under 215, because thats where it stayed. and i look slim. im big boned and muscular (i know everyone uses that... Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - About two months ago I decided to go on the Atkins diet, and I did really well the first two weeks, and lost 8 pounds, but then when I started adding more carbs back to my diet like the rules say, I stopped losing weight completely. I went on vacation about a month ago, and I haven't been able to get back on track with the diet again, and I know that now I would have to start it all over again. :( The diet was ok, but I honestly don't think it's the best method. I think it's smart to stay away from refined sugars and white flour as much as you can, and load up on veggies, but I am just not sure that the strict atkins works for me. Does anyone think I should just try to cut out the white flour and sugar out of my diet, and just try to eat more whole wheat and grains and such? While eating lots of veggies and meat and cheese and fruit and nuts? Does that sound good? Or does anyone else have any suggestions

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok I have been doing good on excercise and diet fo the past two weeks except today I went to the beach and was really tired so I only did 30 min. on the bike and went over my 1400 calorie limit! I feel HORRIBLE!!! ok so today I ate breakfast-3 egg whites Lunch-salami sandwhich , no mayo or anything, 14 baked lays chips, 1 oatmeal raison cookie, apple dinner- salad a pork chop, half a baked potato w/ fat free mozzerella no sour cream or butter. Yesterday I made these peanut butter oatmeal cookies and i had like 9 of them!! I count all my calories, but I didn't know how many were in the cookies so I wrote down they were like 725 for all nine. It was probably more. I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks and want to lose 5 lbs!! I am depressed about my eating for the pas two days but I will p;ost tomorrow about what I eat and excercise. Anyone have any tips or motivation or tell me how I am doing it would be great thanx!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 210 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys! I haven't been here in sooo long, but I really miss my BlubberBuster buddies! Anyways, I recently had surgery and I'm stuck sitting around the house for two weeks. I was wondering if you guys had any tips that might help me avoid the boredom munchies and maintain (or even loose) weight? Thanks! =)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Todays eating didntgo that great what do you think? breakfast- banana, slice of brown bread, small glass of juice lunch- small bunch of grapes, some cherry tomatoes, slice of brown bread, satsuma, cheese and onion potato layer and some veg snack-87 calories of low fat crisps dinner- small portion of brown rice, mince beef and a 265 calorie ice cream(omg!). I would guess that at over 1500 calories which is definitely not what i wanted i was going for about 1100-1200 but i did go to the gym and burned about 500 calories I think. I followed your advice about the juice fast it wouldnt be worth doing it and gaining it all back again. xx
