Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok. I'm really making the decision to lose weight not only because I want to look and fell good, but because I know that if I don't lose it now, I will keep on gaining and when I'm older I'll just be an overweight woman which is like one of my greatest fears. So, if any of you have any motivational tips or anything like that please let me know. Good luck to all of you.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel really good about today! small bowl of oatmeal, yogurt, 5 tortilla chips, 12" veggie delight on wheat from subway(6" for lunch and 6" for dinner). About an hour and a half of walking too. What do you think? :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on for awhile if any of you remember me. Yesterday was weird. I ate about 1200 calories but the food was so unhealthy. Can i still put on weight burning more calories than i ate if the food is bad? I had cocoa puffs, a little bit of oatmeal, tomato soup, 15 saltines, almost 300 calories worth of ice ceam, and half a hot dog. Ewww. Well i walked for about 3 hours yesterday. Was yesterday good or bad?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: french toast w/ sugar-free jam & powdered sugar, 1/2 an orange & a plum; Lunch: cherries & reese's 100-cal pack; Dinner: Taco Time Lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken bean chili & diet coke; Exercise: 40 minute walk....I might have ice cream later or something IDK yet but how'd I do?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - everyone is sasying that you need to eat only 1,200 calories but I found out in Metlife they said for Teenage girls need 2,200 calories. I don't know if this is right. But that's what I heard

Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 307 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Nothing is working. I gained another 4 pounds. I go walking in the morning, but when I come home I always eat a huge breakfast pancakes, eggs, and Bacon. Then I dont do anything for the rest of the day. I need someone to lose weight with so I asked my friend who is heavier than me and he said he wasnt interested in losing weight. He said he was a Gainer. I asked him what he ment by that but he said nevermind. Whats a gainer? I'm interested in knowing. Also thanks to everyone who responded before, especially Nick who offered to talk. Thanks everyone.
PS. My brother has stopped making fun of me, but his friends still try and lift up my shirt and grab my fat.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Well today my Mom and I both went to Curves and signed up. They weighed and measured us. I feel comfortable about my trainer. She is a sweetheart and she is so supporting of me. So I tried some of the machines at Curves, and wow I love them. Curves is beginning to boost my motiavation. I set a goal of 200 pounds. I figure if I get to work out at curves in the morning then after I eat dinner I can go for a stroll around my street. Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - well i started walking every morning with my sis but now she's telling she has to wake up at 5 in the morning to start working out. Well I can't wake up that early b/c i get massive headaches when i wake up too early. Well now I can't exercise with her b/c of that and I don't know how to exercise by myself b/c I quit easily and don't get motivated. So what do you think I should do?? Should I go with her at 5a.m.,go by myself later, or just work out at night only??
