Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 290 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hi. My names Connor and obviously im obese. I need some exercising tips on how to flatten my stomach before school starts again in September. I really want to join the swim team in school this year but I dont like taking my shirt off in public. My gut hangs down past my waist and I jiggle all over. I want to be strong and fit for swimming please help.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi.. my name's Anna and I just found this website. It looks like it will help me a lot. I have problems with two things. The first is that I'm addicted to pop. If I don't have at least one a day, I get migranes.. I'm trying to quit this summer. It isn't working so far.. instead I've been having two to three pops a day... my dad's a farmer and he also works midnight shift at Chrysler [we live by the Motor City] so there's always the pop avaliable at my house [he has to drink 5-6 pops a night at work to keep himself awake even after working midnight shift for 13 years]. Secondly, most of my friends are cheerleaders, and therefore, really almost anorexic looking skinny. I always look at them and wonder why I am the size I am and they are like that. It really discourages me. I hope that I can get support from people on here and lose some weight. ~Anna xoxo

Today I worked out 50 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes riding my bike and 20 minutes on a stationary bike!! I burnt 700+ calories!!!!!!! Today I ate 4 pieces of rubarb bread, a bowl of caption crunch, a banana and a salad:) How did I do???

Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so i was just wondering if what i ate today sounds good to yall. cereal with skim milk, 80 cal yogurt, grapes, a slice of turkey, then i just had dinner...little bit of roast beef, carrots, salad, a few chunks of potatoes-in a crock pot, no butter or anything like that, and a slice of bread w/ a little low fat butter or it coulda been margarine and i drank water throughout the day. o and i ate a small brownie which i know wasnt good...and i had a little reduced fat pb... i didnt really have any real lunch but thats only b/c i woke up late so my breakfast was more lunch time but u think i did ok?
