Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i want to lose some weight. i cant believe it is already summer! my mom got me a pool and i plan tp go in any day i can. it has actually got kindof cold where im at because of a big storm we had so i might not go in the next few days.
i finally got a couple weight loss buddies! my dad sed that they can motivate you and you can actually help eachother lose weight and sometimes become good friends

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have a summer weight loss buddy and we are walking 4-8 miles every morning were both avalible. It's a great way to get a great workout and there are lots of modivational things talked about while we are on the hikeing trail. Were both goign to lose so much weight this summer.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - For summer I want to get in the habit of making QUICK healthy meals. Some of the things I eat often are Boca Burgers, Lean Cusine, Healthy choice, and lean pockets. I have 4 meals a day and I normally chose these things for at least 2 of them. The only problem is that many frozen meals adds a TON of sodium to my diet. I'm deffently NOT a sodium counter but sometimes I feel like I should worry about the effects of to much salt in the average food americans eat. It's really unhealthy. Does anyone have any ideas on quick meals that doesn't have a TON of soduim? Any ideas are really apreciated.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I honestly am not disgusted with my weight im really not that big a do have a lot of muscle but its covered with a little fat i dont eat to unhealthy i meen i eat a lil bit of sugar and my doctor doesnt tell meh i need to lose weight but i dont know how my scale says i weigh so much and on the weight calculator it says im overweight so i guess i need to lose some weight i meen it wouldn hurt i guess i want to be like one of those skinny gurls so any1 have any ideas for meh to lose weigt

My brother is always picking on me and my mom is no help..my dad just ignores me. So, i want to try to eat right. Im always active. For breakfast i had graped lunch: a round pizza, 100 cal pac and choc milk-150 cals. Am i doing all right so far?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 209 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hello again. I just got back from a 26 minute walk/bike and i am happy with this. My knees kill me after this cause i have artritis in them. Does anyone have any ideas for exercise?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 192 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everybody.So I am obviously overweight and I want a change.Im tired of weighing more then my boyfriend and my friends.My boyfriend is amazing and tells me he loves me the way I am but I want to look amazing for him bc he is always in shape and always looks great.Plus there is a history of diabetes and heart problems and back problems in my family.Also both of my grandmothers have had knee replacement surgeries and they are all overweight.I dont want to end up that way. So about 1100 or more. Then for exercse 25 min walking, 21 min taebo, then 5 min of something else. So how did I do please reply

I work out alottt and ditched all the fatty foods and sticked with all the healthy foods (I even keep a food journal lol). And started my diet this Monday. I can see changes already!!!! Today: breakfast- oatmeal with 1/4c kashi cereal & banana & strawberries. Snack- soy yogurt. Lunch: turkey sandwich & apple. Snack- few grapes & handful kashi cereal. Dinner- salad :)
