Ht. 5'4", Start: 285 lb, Today: 265 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well another 6 pounds gone!! I'm Glad I finally got back on the wagon becuz I fall off for a long time. I cut out all sweets and juices becuz the calories add up way to quick for me. I Havent binged in 4 days and I think it has alot to do wit me praying. Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have gained one pound back from last night because I ate a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and 90 cal bar. Then I worked out for like 5 min. I had worked out like an hour before. Which should of helped now I gained one pound. So mad so mad. So far today I have only had over 700 calories. So for supper I hope to have only about 300 calories. For my workout this what i did. 55 min walking, 10 min pilates plus i might do some taebo or treadmill. So do you think I should workout more or what please help

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 105 lb - OMG i am feeling so low, so mad at myself.Right so basically no one knows im dieting and i dont intend to tell anyone and basically my parents went away last week and i went to stay with a friend for a week.She is so skinny and eats what she wants they have loads of junk food so i just couldn't resist. Now i'm back home i weighed myself and ive gained so much weight. I feel like breaking down and crying every time a look at myself. I feel so depressed.I just don't no what to do i think im just going to starve myself i know its not good but i need results and i can't hang around waiting for them. Please help any advice any tips ahhh!!!!!!! i think im also gonna do the challlenge someone posted about losing as much as possible by whenever it was i know its started but im gonna try that, but i need motivation just anything! Sorry for the rant i just had to get it out of my system.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey i'm soo glad its summer and my goal is to lose 20 pounds by august 20(start of school again). i have been trying to lose weight foreverrr but have never been able to lose more like a couple of pounds. last winter i gained a lot of weight :( (about 10 pounds) and i have managed to keep my weight stable but no matter what i do it wont go down. i know HOW to lose weight- eat healthy and excercise. but i eat really healthy and excercise about an hour 5-7 days a week. i also go to the gym 3-4 days a week. i am determined to reach my goal by the end of the summer! does anyone have any tips on how to boost metabolism( i think that may be part of my problem), lose weight, and toning excercises?? thanks guys and good luck to everyone!
