Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - It almost seems unachieveable....these hot days only make me lazier and sometimes I don't even feel like eating but I know I have to because then my metabolism will just crash. I just feel very lethargic and fat and miserable. How do you all do it in this heat? I'm just tired of looking into the mirror now. I'm tired of ranting and whining about it too. I know it can't happen over night but it's taking so long and I just feel like I'll never get there.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hiiii!... My name is Lizz, i used to use this website all the time. And I loved helping other people on their quest to a smaller size. Now its my turn. Two yearts ago I lost over 30 pounds. Due to a case of depression I recently from around october- february put on about 20 pounds. Its really hard for me. And my goal is to of course lose that weight ASAP. I'd love a buddy to talk about our eating habits, or exercise plans or something like that. heres my run down now::
I exercise for about thirty minutes everyday. Which usually means i walk about two-ish miles.
My diet includes.... apple sause, salad, tuna, veggie soup, ect.
anything healthy of course^^^
and i only drink water.
Anywayyyy, yes i'm back on here, and im always available to help other people.
You people are truely amazing.
and I know you all will accomplish your goals.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Guess what? Four more pounds gone!!! I'm down to 139!(It wouldn't let me post my actual weight.) YAY! I hit the 50 pounds lost mark. Wow, I can't believe how amazing this feels! I hope everyone else is having success! Good luck!

I don't know what's for supper. I hope to have only 1,000 calories today or maybe a little more. For exercse this morning i did 10 mon on treadmill, with 2 min of running, and 10 min pilates. later on tonight im gonna do the same thing and maybe a little bit more. SoI did I do

Ht. 5'7", Start: 375 lb, Today: 375 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys.. this morning I woke up at 8 oclock am and I had a cheerios cereal bar which was 160 calories, its 3:15 now and I just had a roasted chicken subway sub, on wheat with fat free ranch instead of mayo. How is that so far? I havent done my exercises yet because I havent been home but when I go home Im riding the exercise bike for one hour and am kicking around the soccer ball for an hour. Maybe more if I have energy!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey guys. it's may 26th and my prom & graduation is exactly 1 month away and i kind of have to lose a few pounds for my dress. i was just wondering how much weight is possible to lose in 1 month. i know it's hard to determine that because everyone's bodies are different but i was just wondering (aproxamatly) how much weight can be lost in that amount of time if i ate more healthier and walked a lot . right now, i been eating quite a bit of junk food along with some take out food here and there. i walk not every night, but about 3 times a week for an hour. i bought a 1 month gym pass last month and i went to the gym 3-4 times a week (for 2 hours)and ate more healthier (but still ate junk food) & i never lost any weight. but it's weird because i looked like a lost a ton of weight but when i got on the scale it said that i was still the same weight as i always been . i was wondering if any of you could give me some tips & advice . thanks!!
