Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm down to 180. That's my third goal that's 23 pounds. Gone. This is what I had today. Breakfast dry cereal, water. For lunch ham sandwhich no maynossee, 100 cal pak and fig newtons, water. For supper 5 small pieces of Monical's pizza which are small like maybe 5in long, 2 small pepsi's it was a Quiz Bowl party. For exercse 16 min treadmill,4 min running on treadmill, 5 min other exercse, 20 min soccer, 5 min basketball. How did I do PLease reply

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 115 lb - grrr! softball practice started on monday, and on fridays we do extra b/c we don't have practice on the weekends. It may not sound like a lot, but it was. we did a 400, then stretchs, then we do these running exercises. it's about 25 feet apart, and we jog 2x, butt-kicks 2x, high knees 2x, kareoke 2x, 75% sprint 2x, and full - out sprint. then we did a bunch of 25 meter sprints, then 50 meter sprints, then we walked a 400, then we ran up and down the stadium steps, then did another 400, then we started practice. I'm always the last one during anything related to running. any ideas on how to gain speed?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 290 lb, Goal: 180 lb - School is almost over and I'm really motivated to lose a lot of weight during the summer. I plan on working out everyday. I plan on walking at least 3 miles a day along with doing 100 crunches in the morning and 100 crunches at night. I'm going to try and cut back to 1500 calories at the most a day, although thats just a rough estimate. Hopefully I'll be busy and that'll distract me from eating. Given the amount of exercise I plan to do and my stats (seeing as how the bigger you are, the faster you lose) approximately how much weight do you think I would be able to lose in about 12 weeks.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been here in like 3-4 days and I'd like to have posted that in those days I lost weight and was doing SUPER WELL! but unfortunately not. As I mentioned earlier this week I was sick the whole entire week and today was the day where I found myself recovering and getting better ...although the weahter still sucks! Hot and then cold. It's ridiculous and my allergies really kicked in. Anyway, I don't know if this is diet related or maybe so...but is anyone losing hair? I find myself going bald and I'm totally freaking out. I told my mom to put oil on my scalp today because I heard oil makes your hair stronger. I haven't been drinking a lot of water but that was just recently. I've been losing hair for over a year now and it's only getting worse. Does anyone lose hair here? if not...to the people with healthy hair, how do you keep your hair healthy? Ok well since I'm feeling better...I'll be back on track tomorrow. I'm saying tomorrow because it's like 10:40 pm right now and I'm about to go to bed. For lunch teryaki vegatbles which was like 200 calories, water, and 2 really small donut holes, and some pretzels. For supper South Beach Diet pizza 350 calories, more snack stuff. For exercse 10 min playing basketball, 20 min running around playing ball tag with my cousin, 20 min treadmill and 15 min other stuff

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Yesterday i had oatmeal w/ soy milk, 1/4c kashi cereal mixed in & some strawberries. for a snack i had a kashi honey almond flax bar, and for dinner i had BLT with a whole wheat bun, bacon, avacodo, tomotoe, lettuce, sprouts, & 1 tbs mirable whip. i also had an apple with it. TODAY for breakfast i had 1c of kashi honey almond flax cereal with 1c soy milk, 1/2 banana & strawberries. for snack a soy yogurt lunch a salad (with light basalmic vinagrete) and dinner a lean burger with whole grain bun and an apple. please leave input :)

Breakfast-1/2 cup all bran, 1/2 cup skim milk, 3 slices of turkey bacon Snack-protein drink lunch-2 pieces of weight watchers bread, 1 slice of light havarti, extra lean ham Snack-1/2 cup cantelope, activia yogurt Dinner-lean steak, shrimp and brocolli Ya, so my calorie count was 1235, 107 carbs, 141 grams of protein and 35 grams of fat. This high protein thing is working out really good, i never feel hungary through the day anymore just hope i can get a workout in tonight! Good luck everyone!
